Quesabrosas — Restaurant in Laredo

By far the worst location in Laredo !!! The cashier is TERRIBLE , the only reason I came to this particular location was because I was around the area for training. 3 times I went. All 3 times the biggest person there working with the colored eyes . Yes the cashier, yeah am talking about you ! Was so condescending and rude. No other location has ever treated my co-workers or myself in such a manner. I hope she gets fired. We all will never be returning back here. You just lost 10 customers and future potential business. Not only that I will definitely be spreading the word to everyone about this location !!!! You don’t deserve peoples hard earned money. The short interaction we all experienced for lunch was horrific. Worst service ever. You simply can not enjoy the food there after you encounter this person. Not only that, but they don’t clean the tables are always sticky . I bet if you go now there will be crumbs of old food still on the table. It’s so nasty that you don’t keep up with cleanliness. Instead of wasting time with chisme, how about you clean and do your job is what you’re getting paid to do? It’s not even like you have a huge lunch rush to be in a bad mood. You should educate your employees she is always arguing , when no one is arguing in the first place just asking for what is needed. Lady we are customers your job is to serve us. You’re not there to educate anyone you’re a cashier that forgets stuff that when asked for. You get defensive an try playing it like we’re the ones that forgot to ask? When it’s your job to hand us out items. It’s insane . Instead of talking like little middle school children and laughing pay attention to what you’re doing. Dont ignore us when we are clearly the only ones standing there, walk away come. back and give us attitude when we ask for a simple refill or anything. YOU WORK THERE NOT US. My first impression was how clean this location is. The fresh paint job and shining surfaces were pristine looking. Our service was perfectly kind and well received, even offering us extra salsas for our meal at no cost. The food is to die for delicious, and we could not contain our delighted sighs of enjoyment while eating. I would say the guisados looked fresh and tantalizing and the drinks were refreshingly cold. The food is good but when it comes to the customer service it’s horrible!! I come to the one on bob bullock since it’s close to where I live I see different ladies and they are always rude with horrible attitude like if they don’t like their job.
