Firehouse Subs Paseo Casa Blanca — Restaurant in Laredo

I’ve had multiple incidents here- added onions when asked for no onions, gave me pickles (allergic) when asked for no pickles, assuring me something is in the bag but isn’t, and so on. This past experience was ridiculous. They gave me onions on my 2 sandwiches when I asked for none, told me to come back the next day for them to replace the sandwiches (they were about to close), the next day I call, and they tell me it’ll be ready in 15 minutes. I arrive there 30 minutes later, the sandwiches were not done and they were clueless as to who I was. The lady asked me to park in curbside 1, but I asked her if I could buy 4 cookies. She told me she would put them in the bag, on the house. I said ok and waited another 10 minutes for them to make my sandwiches. A guy comes out to give me the sandwiches, I ask if the cookies are in the bag, and he says no, that if I want them, he will need to bring me inside to pay for them. I was so upset, I just left. I wanted to pay for the cookies originally and ended up not getting anything. I will not be coming back to...

The food is great its just the service that needs improvement. I tried to call my order in and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Even when I arrived to the pick up window I was still on hold and no one approached the window. I saw the female server getting herself a drink and started sweeping. When I honked she just moved to the side where she was no longer visible. I had to get off and asked if they were still serving and why my call was never answered. They had no response except they were busy, but there was no line of customers. I have never had this bad of service at...

My first time trying out firehouse subs and the food was amazing ! The staff working there are extremely friendly as well, I had such a great experience. Asked the name of the amazing young lady taking care of me, drea she said. she did such an excellent job when it came to making me and my husband feel at home. Was able to tell me every ingredient in each sandwich without hesitation. Overall the store was clean, the workers amazingly friendly and the food 10/10!! Definitely my favorite sandwich...
