H-E-B — Local services in Laredo

I usually do not write reviews but I've been having many negative experiences at HEB Guadalupe. This is by far the WORST HEB in Laredo. I've always felt that customer service has declined in many areas post COVID, but this HEB consistently gets it wrong. I have been an HEB partner for 5 years, and most of the employees at this location are the complete opposite of what I was taught to be as Partner. They are rude, never greet, or offer help. Most avoid you and the store is never fully stocked too, which is highly inconvenient. I would visit this store almost every morning and I note these flaws consistently. I have mostly interacted with a manager there named Lety and that lady always has a nasty attitude. I kindly asked today if a CNA could help me outside with my groceries, since I had a recent surgery and could not carry heavy things, and I was also accompanied by my grandma who also cannot carry heavy things. I was denied help in a cold manner. Where else could I go to express a complaint if the managers are cold themselves? When I worked for HEB Laredo 06, I made sure I went above and beyond for my customers and it's sad that this is not reciprocated by fellow HEB employees. I despise coming here so much but this is the closest store to my home, I will now make accomodations to go to a different store. May I note as alternative stores that HEB Saunders, HEB Zapata Hwy, and HEB NorthCreek always offer stellar service, for those who may want to also...

We are regular customers that go and buy alot of dlls worth of food and we usually have 4 or 5 baskets and you would think that the floor managers would ask us if we need help or they can send someone out with us to help us but they don't,the workers and the cashiers are rude and are always playing and joking around with there own and ignore the customers they talk and play more with each other and ignore the customers then Actually help the customers,very un professional,this heb seems more like a place to hang out and do whatever they want then a place to serve customers,once one of the workers stole a pack of cigarettes from our basket but we didn't say anything,we felt sorry for that person,you work at heb but yet you need to steal,pathetic,but all around the workers and this heb are very rude and very unprofessional!Nothing like walmart,the men and woman of Walmart are very professional and very nice and attend to the needs of...

Overall I'm content with heb services, products and item's QuaLiTies. However, the bad logistics to manage their old cashier's method of payment is terrible. Then, moving forward to new technology advances their self checkout system sucks. People who are there to "help" rarely do it and when they do it most of the time they do it with an attitude. Is sad because instead of providing what they used to strike quality in all aspects is deteriorating enormously and with no surprise amazon will soon take over walmart and heb with their main ideology of customer centered based. I'm one of a kind of person who enjoys going through every single isle and checkout their new products but lately is a waste of time and is cheaper to buy through amazon.
