Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Laredo

Placed my order at drive thru on Guadalupe Street.

When employee repeated my order, he got it wrong. I repeated my order, he gave me my total and i drove up to the window.

Once there, he handed me my order. I asked if it was a double dipped cone. He replied, "oh..you wanted a double dipped cone"?

In the young man's defense, it was a Tuesday/Thursday evening when DQ has specials on several food items. The drive through lines go onto Guadalupe Street where 18 wheelers still go above the speed limit. I just pray nobody ever gets hurt🙏

The quality of service has greatly diminished. Staff shows no interest in serving you. When I approached the counter to ask about my order after waiting for 20+ minutes I felt invisible as employees only passed by me ignoring that I was holding my number and receipt. This family place is exactly that! Lots of children with parents enjoying ice cream! Suddenly a loiterer came indoors and approached. Before he even said a word, the manager came out to the dining area and told the man to leave. The loiterer started cursing at the manager but the manager kept his cool and did not engage!
