Subway — Restaurant in Laredo

Quality of sandwich: poor. I ordered the footlong oven roasted turkey and a large sweet tea. The tea was the deal breaker for choosing subway. I ordered online and upon p/u, I was told there was no sweet tea. To grab a bottled one. I opted for another fountain drink since I had ordered a large drink. I chose lemonade as all others were out of order. The lemonade was flat and watery. Upon trying the footlong, I only tasted the bread and vegetables. There was a super thin “almost transparent” slice of turkey ham.,super disappointed by the product. I hadn’t been to Subway in a while but congratulations you just lost a customer.

I took pictures of the sandwich slice and can download upon request. The store 26450-C located on Meadow Avenue in Laredo, Texas. Hence I got the special for 6.99 FT long. But, common at least add some product “ham” to the bread.

Every night in a while I go and there is this employee at night she’s a girl short but she always messes up my order or she’s just being rude . Last time I told her to add extra meat she didn’t wanted to add she always makes faces when I tell her to add extra mayo or something like come on it’s your job but other then that I love the food just the employe not much with...

There was only one employee working when I went last night around 7:30pm. Her name was Imelda I believe and she handled all the customers with excellent customer service considering she was literally the only one working. She took peoples orders, made their sandwiches, and also charged them on the register....
