I’ll never go back here. First the place is rarely open to even when it’s supposed to be opened. I got a definite bad vibe after spending five minutes in the store. I believe with my whole heart they rang up my $92 purchase incorrectly and I was given no receipt. have no idea what goes on here but they look at you like you’re going to steal any second, they immediately make you go wash your hands after you enter..when my problem with this is that the sink is much dirtier than anything I walked in with on my hands. It’s just not the kind of place I want to buy healing crystals from. But the worst is that the two people behind the counter triedtelling me something about sage being illegal to sell because of (and this is a quote, )”the native Americans and their cancel culture have allowed us to sell it. it’s illegal to sell. “This is an absolute lie. It’s factually incorrect and they definitely were speaking as if they were annoyed. I mean, I guess it’s easy to be annoyed with the laws that don’t exist, that you think exist. Either way, never again. Sure they might have good prices but I definitely doubt the validity of a lot of the stones and I am absolutely sure they are not...

WOW I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW AMAZING THIS STORE IS!!!!!! Hidden right here in Pinellas county. Ok when I tell you the prices are so low I thought I was mining in California! I usually can’t walk out of a metaphysical, stone, or crystal store without spending a paycheck or two, and that’s just for one amazing crystal for my collection. I went here the staff was super friendly and very helpful. The ENERGY was so in tune the atmosphere was perfect I didn’t even feel I needed to cleanse my crystals when I got them back to their new home. I brought my grandson and they even helped me find him something fun for a 4 year old. Great experience amazing prices you would be insane not to shop here or if traveling they have a few other stores they gladly informed me of. I come here almost every weekend. I have an extensive collection, a lot of which has come from this shop or the flea market location. Today is the first time I have been appalled at the staff. Particularly one girl I haven’t seen before walking around in a pink fluffy bathrobe eating snacks and handling the quartzes, remarking to her coworker that she’s pretty sure most of it is “just glass”. That’s certainly not a selling point. I called over her coworker, who I have seen a handful of times, to look at some jewelry and she was bare minimum today when she’s been pleasant before. I should have known when we walked in and they had the lights off in the register area and we asked if they lost some power and the reply was “we just have dark souls” that there was no turning this visit around. My average spend here is over $200, today...
