Burger King — Restaurant in Largo

The girl who took my order in the drive thru was so rude so I get to the window & the man was attempting to ring me up when she walks over & starts touching multiple buttons on the screen & very rudly she says to him "I already rang it up" let me tell you that she had the headset on. I asked the guy ringing me up if that's his manager to which he said yes. I said well she was very rude when she took my order & when she spoke to you like that in front of me. So I noticed my large fry that she confirmed on the speaker in the drive thru was not in the bag so I told him to ask her to speak with me. She comes over & I explain the missing item & she says well ill get it for you, I said no its ok but I have to say that you had a very bad attitude when you took my order & to the guy working for you. She says she didn't have an attitude and she didnt take my order, but we know she rang it in?!? I said it was you, your voice is the same & your still being rude so I asked her name to which she replied "why" very rudely and refused to give it to me. So I went inside & asked the man her name Erin & she is a manager 🙄 😒 Another manager walks me outside to explain that she has been there since 5am, I simply kindly said thats not my problem 🤔 I work long hours in customer service too, but if I acted like her I wouldnt have a job! I said to him you would keep 1 bad manager to risk losing more customers and employees? Before I posted this review I read a ton of them about this same Caucasian girl with multi colored hair and the reviews are very similar to my piss poor experience...

Wish i could give 0 stars... Roll thru drive thru at 9:40 ish the morning to make a breakfast order. 1st thing of the order was 2 sausage biscuits, " oh ah just to let you know we are out and fresh ones are in the oven. It will be a 3 minute wait" ok i guess whats 3 minutes. 2nd item ordered hash browns" oh um im so sorry but we are out. Somebody is bringing them now. How about some fries?" Ok, fries at 9:45 a.m.? I guess. Then 3rd and to my suprise 2 ham egg and cheese croissants with no im sorrys. Get to 1st window and pay, then to 2nd i get a bag and a if you wanna pull up those sausage biscuits will be just 1 more minute. At this time im already feeling the "great lets see how this goes feeling. Wait 5 minutes, no biscuits...10 minutes no biscuits... Then its just annoying. Find my ticket and see time at bottom of 9:43 I WAIT ANOTHER 10 MINUTES FOR A TOTAL OF 20 MINUTES OUTSIDE THEN GO IN. THE SAME GIRL THAT TOOK MY ORDER WAS AT THE FRONT AN SAID WHAT CAN I HELP YOU WITH. UMM REALLY? " THE 2 SAUSAGE BISCUITS" OK AND SHE GO'S TO RING IT UP. I SAY EXCUSE ME IVE ALREADY ORDERED 20 MINUTES AGO..." OH IM SO SORRY NOBODY BROUGHT THAT OUT??? WHAT A JOKE. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND ILL NEVER BE BACK. Id love to hear from the manager but im sure everyone knows how...

Terrible location. Started by ordering Spicy nuggets off the overhead board. I'm told they are discontinued. I understand this so I order chicken fries instead. After paying for my order and wait a few minutes, I'm told they don't have chicken fries. So I'm left in a staring match with the front associate waiting to hear what they plan to do. She asks me if I wanted regular nuggets. I don't like them so I say no just a refund thanks.

She yells back to a manager I guess and says he wants a refund and I don't know how to do it. Then looks at me like I caused the issue. So, I simply say ok I'll trade the chicken fries in for a pie foe my daughter I have with me. (I'm losing out on atleast 2$ but worth it to get on with lunch. )

5 minutes into our lunch my 3 year old needs to use the restroom. I take her of course, and whilst inside the bathroom, I can hear the employees complaining that we left all of our food and a argument broke out on whom would be cleaning the table. As I'm listening, its non stop complaints about my daughter and me leaving the mess. Mind you, we are not even 1/4 way through our meal!
