Update: We went through the drive thru moments ago. Once I got to the window the team member named Miguel was very rude and short. No hi or anything. I mentioned to him I had military discount and he was very abrupt and said well I need to see an ID. Then I said oh I have a coupon which one would work better? He simply just ignored me so I handed him the coupon and then he said oh well you didn't get a basket meal and I said oh okay I'll just use my military discount then. He rolled his eyes! He never said please or thank you. He asked if i wanted a receipt and I said yes. He grabbed the receipt from the machine handed it to me abruptly and rolled his eyes again. Never did he ask if I wanted ketchup or anything else. He just placed the sticker on my car. Usually we get asked if they can place sticker on car but he didn't do that. I did mention to him he could be a little nicer to customers and he again rolled his eyes, shrugged his shoulders this time, and closed the drive thru window. We waited and waited in our car and watched other patrons get there food before us. We were #20, they were #21. Their order looked a lot bigger than ours. Well of course he brought our food to the car and never said a word, not even a thank you or a here you go, he just handed it and rolled his eyes again and walked away. I did say your so nice thank you and he proceeded to say "I am so nice" as he was already walking away from the car. He was actually somewhat aggressive about the situation. I'm a little confused as to why he took the time to leave the register and bring our food when there were food runners available as they were no longer busy. I also told him I would be calling the owner and he ignored me. Of course I called this location right away and he of course answered the phone. I asked to speak to the owner and he said he was not there. He also said he was a manager and he could assist. Of course I said no and i'll try again later. I am extremely disappointed as I frequent this Culver's location often. I have never received this kind of...
Read moreALERT!!! As a business owner for eight years, I take Google Reviews very seriously. I do not leave a bad review unless it justly warranted. I entered Culver’s approximately 3 PM. My wife asked me to pick up a salad; she was working at our business and was starving. I hadn’t eaten either, so I was looking to lunch too. I walked in, and there was only one couple seated eating and three people waiting to be waited on. I asked the women in front of me, if she was waiting for food or if she had placed her order. She said she hadn’t placed her order. So, I waited… She got taken care of and she waited for her food. Then, I was next in line. And… I waited… And I waited… And I waited. No one was behind the counter. Finally, an older man, who worked at the restaurant passed by. I asked, “Are you the manager,” he said no, I am the owner.” I told him I have been waiting for over ten minutes for someone to take my order. Now, I am a business owner. If someone was waiting in my reception area and had not been taken care of; I would have taken care of that client personally. Customer service is very important to me. He said that standing by the wall is for people who are waiting for food. I told him there was a line of customer, by the wall and I was the third in line. He then asked me to leave! TO LEAVE! I said, I was a customer, I am here to order my lunch for me and my wife. He said if you don’t leave, I will call the police. Seriously, can you believe this. There was an officer in the restaurant and he called him over and I was again asked to leave. I have never eaten at Culver’s. I have no idea or care about their food. I do care about how they treat their customers! If you love Culver’s then I suggest you go to another restaurant, not this particular one! This business owner actually had a smug look on his face as I walked out. I was having a very bad day, and this just added to it. This man should not...
Read moreUpdate update (10/15/24) still sucks, still half cup of cheese, and forgot my burger when I only ordered 2 cheeseburger meals (which by the way was $30) HOW?! Stop employing stupid kids.
Update: just went back (a month later) to see if any improvements have been made. They in fact may have gotten worse - I'm talking about the cheese sauce of course. I have uploaded a pic of my freshly opened, uneaten meal with my now 1/4 cup of cheese sauce (not even half anymore!). I had a very good laugh as I expected this. It may just be a cup of cheese to some of you, but this sauce literally makes the whole meal for me. The fact I'm being overcharged for a product and cant even finish 2 chicken tenders with it, is why I keep updating the post. Do better Culver's.
Original: Long story short I started in the drive thru - asked for a side of cheese sauce for my fries. Since the last cup I got was only half full of cheese I asked if they could fill it up all the way. The girl taking my order said she would give me 2 cheese cups. I made it clear I didn't want to pay for 2, I want the 1 that I paid for to be full. Well my 2 chicken tender and fry meal came to $10 and change. I asked why it was so much, making sure she didn't charge me for 2 cheese cups, and she stated "I don't know that's just our prices". I had 3 cars behind me so I parked and went inside. After arguing with the "manager" (a kid) about why they dont just fill the cup of cheese up all the way, he offered me a coupon to come back but not a second cheese cup or a full cheese cup. The cheese cup would have cost them $0.10 and made an upset customer happy. Instead they want me to come back and get a free $10 meal. 0 customer service skills. Please...
