Denver Mattress — Local services in Las Cruces

I recently was looking for a new bed and looking for a mattress to replace my 5 year old one. I looked online and found information about the new purple mattress. I wanted to try in store and found that Denver Mattress was the only place in Las Cruces to actually try this out. At first, I was reluctant to actually want to go in and try because I did not wish to be bombarded with sales pitches or anything to that matter. I walk in and there are few other customers on the floor and I make a beeline for the purple mattress displays and immediately lie down to try it out. I hear someone softly yell out if I fall asleep they would cover me with a blanket and that they close at 8 pm. I was with my daughter and we both laughed and continued to try out the different versions. I finally meet the person who told me they would cover me with a blanket and his name was Jeremy. He was very informative and kind and he let me decide on what I wished to buy instead of being pushy or leading me to other mattresses in the store. This shopping experience has made me feel confident and relaxed especially when it involves a new mattress, which involves patience and time. Jeremy didn’t hover and was there when I needed my questions answered. He made this buying experience relaxed and smooth and I am grateful that he was there to assist me and did such an amazing job!! Last night I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to receive outstanding personal assistance from Jeremy who knows the business inside and out and who understands how to take care of all your mattress needs in a friendly, knowledgeable and professional way. I had previously purchased a single size mattress from this store a few months back and it easily ended up being, hands down, the best mattress I've ever had. So, I randomly gave the store a call looking for a full size mattress, same softness and brand and Jeremy assured me that they had one in stock and to head over. Although I couldn't make it until 15 minutes before closing, Jeremy was so unbelievably helpful and went above and beyond by having the mattress set up on a dolly before i even arrived, situated practically at the front door, and after finalizing the sale, he quickly wasted no time loading up my mattress. I was in and out in about 5 minutes flat and for my money, I will only ever be doing all of my mattress related business with this specific store. I would highly recommend to everyone to visit Denver Mattress!!!! Everyone is really nice and kind! I was helped by Louis and I couldn’t be happier because he answered all my questions and he even gave a long and well explained tour through all the mattresses and its characteristics before making my decision. Such a great and patient salesman! I didn’t feel pushed or rushed at all. I discovered I’m more of a medium firm mattress person and OMG! You won’t believe how many options they have. My mind was blowing with all the mattress options and to discover there are electric bases that can even play music and give you massages 😂 😂 I never considered to invest in a good matress because I thought I was doing okay with my 200 dls mattress from Amazon but believe me, sleeping in a good mattress that fits your needs does a BIG difference in your sleep and rest. In my opinion, their airelooms and tempurpedics are the best options so far. We’ve never slept better at home!
