Bought a couch and table from them and after 2 months wait, they were finally delivered. We were satisfied with them at first but now we've had them less than a month and both have issues. The couch cushion is coming apart at the seams and the table is starting to chip "stain". I've worked with many stains and none of them chip off in pieces and leave plain wood underneath. It's clearly painted and we were told it was stained. They also said it wasn't covered because we used a clorox clean up wipe to clean off our table and apparently clorox wipes cause stain to chip?? I've had stained tables before and have never had an issue using a clorox wipe on them. They recommended we only clean it with furniture polish... They also said our stuff was out of warranty because we bought it over 90 days ago so apparently your warranty starts while it's in shipping before it actually reaches you. They said we could bring our couch cushions in and they would sew it up for us. The person I talked with was the person who would actually be performing the repairs. She said bring it in to her on any weekend and she will get it done quick for us because she realized we live far away. I brought it by today, dropped it off and came back a few hours later to find it still sitting in the exact spot it was when I dropped it off. The person behind the counter looked at me like I was crazy and said "oh, you didn't expect it was going to be done today did you?","we are super busy so she might have time to get to it tonight." Needless to say I took the unrepaired cushion and left. I have opened a compliant with the BBB and would certainly not recommend this...
Read moreRecently purchased 2 dressers and a sectional totaling $4.2K from the store. Delivery charges for all were $331. The dressers were delivered a week later so I called and spoke to the “manager” Phillip to check the status of the sectional. The sectional happened to be at the store and we would have to wait another week for delivery. As the sectional was already there on the delivery day I wasn’t sure why it wasn’t on its way. This was unsatisfactory and I inquired about picking up the sectional myself tomorrow and I requested some money back for the delivery charges. He stated that he could not refund any money as it was “company policy”. I then asked him what the price would be for delivery on 1 dresser and he stated, “$331”. My reply was what if I ordered 10 items delivered separately what would it cost and he stated, “$331”. While understanding this is a great deal for those people with multiple items I was obviously irate. I asked myself if common sense has completely eroded from the people I deal with here? So instead of waiting another week to receive my sectional I will choose to pick up the sectional and pay out of my own pocket. The truck space to haul my sectional could’ve been filled by someone else awaiting on item. Read moreThis company has serious logistics and customer service issues. I was contacted early last week to schedule the delivery for my couch on Saturday. They called Friday and said it needs to be rescheduled. They said that the couch was in Denver and would be in this week. Well, no one followed up so I called yesterday. The sales rep said only one of the pieces of the sectional had arrived and that the other pieces were still in Denver! He said he would figure out what was going on and follow up. He never did. So I called again today and I was told by the manager that it didn't make it on the truck this week and he has no idea of when it might arrive. He also said that there is no one that he can contact at the warehouse or at corporate to try and coordinate the delivery of the couch to the Las Cruces warehouse. So we are just supposed to wait until it magically arrives? He basically said that there is nothing that he can do to try and help the situation. I don't believe that at all. They are giving me the run around. The worst part of all of this is that no one seems to care. The manager was very combative and not helpful at all. At least he could have apologized or show some...
