I took my very stylish and 82-year-old grandmother to Kitchen Kraft to help her find a slab remnant of granite in which to make a dining table for her new home. After working with Robert, looking through the slabs out back in the hot sun, my grandmother found a slab she really liked, and Robert said he would research during the week to find a suitable pedestal for the slab to make a table. They don't honor them. I have two fans that have a lifetime warranty and need repair. They said they don't have a record of my purchases because when they changed to a new operating system for their computers they lost all their info regarding customers. WHAT A LIE! Who in the world does that without backing up their data. Buy your bulbs at "payless-4-lighting.com", you'll get them for half the price they sell them for. We have worked with Stephanie and David for 4 years now. We started with a complete kitchen remodel. We looked everywhere in town but they had the best quality and selection of cabinets and counter tops/hardware. We had a vision and Stephanie with her strong designer sense added to it. Next was the master bathroom and then the guest bathroom. She also gave us free advice on paint and furniture in other rooms.
