Iâd put no stars if it were possible! First of all itâs always a huge Iâm organized mess, not once have I seen it look organized and clean plus itâs filthy even in the bathroom and dressing rooms! Horrible customer service, management wad VERY rude and sarcastic with a couple returns I had! One item was very defective and I didnât notice until someone pointed it out to me so I tried to return that and two other items that were never worn and tags still attached and unused lipglosses and the cashier knew nothing about returns so she called one of the managers and I handed her the receipt and told her the reason for the return and she replied with âso youâre out of money and you thought you could get your money back but you can only get store credit since itâs over 30 days and we done return makeup!â And she said it so rudely and sarcastic which was not the reason for the return at all, Then she started walking away so I yelled âHEY I HAVE A QUESTIONâ And she turned around and said to the cashier donât return any of her items and then had security tell me to leave! She couldnât do it herself, coward! I have never had such a horrible customer service experience and Iâve worked in the Customer service industry for 16 yrs and you just donât do that!!    Read moreI was very surprised at how empty the shelves were at the store! It almost seemed like the store was getting ready to close?!? My first impression was that the "greeter" was a person who looks for theives or so his shirt said. As I went to look at the jewelry display case, I was cut off by an employee who needed to use the phone to make an announcement. He didn't excuse himself or apologize, just cut me, A CUSTOMER, off. I felt perturbed by that, but was flabbergasted to find out that HE WAS THE STORE (shift) MANAGER that evening! I had an item that was slightly damaged and asked the clerk if the price could be adjusted. She needed to check with her manager... he said, "Why, what is wrong with it?" And, muttered something else yelling to her to tell me that it was afinal sale item! I felt uncomfortable and asked the cashier if the man liked his job or if he simple didn't like customers! She said, "Oh, no, that is just his normal attitude..." Then, she apologized as she could see i was upset. I didn't stick around to get the manager's name, but he was working tonight at 7:45 PM in the Las Cruces store! I will not return to that store and will recommend that none of my friends waste their time going...
   Read moreUgh. My experience was not fun. It was really awkward and hard to shop when being followed around the whole time. At self checkout the lady removing the security tags had zero communication, I ended up with two receipts for my items because things were getting mixed up. Then she calls a manager over, speaks in Spanish to him about me "stealing". The item number is on the top of the receipt by the way. I don't steal anything, ever. But she totally took my sunglasses, that I just paid for, and after several attempts asking for them back I gave up on them... Come on now.... Manager corrects self checkout lady, who would not speak to me at all. I don't know what...
