I recently had the pleasure of dining at Red Lobster, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles from the friendly staff, setting the tone for the rest of the evening.

The highlight of the evening was definitely the Ultimate Endless Shrimp. Let me tell you, it's a seafood lover's dream come true! The variety and freshness of the shrimp were impeccable. From the savory shrimp linguini alfredo to the zesty garlic shrimp scampi, each dish was a burst of flavor that left me craving for more. The quality of the shrimp was unparalleled, and the fact that I could indulge to my heart's content made it all the more enjoyable.

Food is good. Everything came out hot and fresh. Except for the Lobster Bisque. It was watered down and cold. Unfortunately today 10/31/2025 our service was concerning. We got sat down by the host and started looking through the menu. We released We were waiting 15 minutes and no one came to greet us or check up in us. Luckily a waiter did find us. "Has anyone helped you yet" we all replied no after 15 minutes. He introduced himself to us as Miguel. He took our drink order and got us our drinks. We got our right drinks thos round. Then he takes our order. My niece noticed right away something is off. Our waiter is DRUNK! That is when I realized I can smell alcohol. He took our order then minutes later became back and asked what we ordered again. Reviewing what we said. He did repeat what we said and forgot a few details and items we ordered. We got our food but we didn't get the carb legs or the loaded baked potato. We asked where those items are and then he went to go and put them in. Then we ate our food. When it came to refills on our drinks he did not do that. Instead he gave me the wrong drink. Originally ordered Pepsi zero he then gave me a raspberry iced tea. The manager at Red lobster on Lohman Las Cruces NM is corrupt my son's girlfriend was a server there until 9/1/25. She was discriminate against for being a student at NMSU and trying to do better for herself. Corporate says they are flexible and supportive of college students but this horrific individual who is managing the Lohman location took the only larger table that had been assigned to my son's girlfriend and REASSIGNED it to another staffer. The manager told my son's girlfriend she doesn't come enough so she didn't deserve the table DESPITE my son's girlfriend pleading with her and telling her she was in desperate need of the money she would make from tips. My son's girlfriend uses this hard earned money for purchase of basic necessities body wash shampoo food. Nothing fancy and this individual chose to ignore the hardship. What's worse is that this manager has REPEATEDLY done this to my son's girlfriend- cut her hours called her off minutes before her shift just to punish her commitment to a higher education.
