Shady business practices. The manager Patricia needs some training as she is RUDE and unprofessional. We went in there to buy a plastic drawer dresser on Saturday, we doubled checked with the manager who was on shift that day to make sure that it was the complete dresser, Belinda who was the cashier called the manager for us and we spoke directly to her to make sure it was the full dresser and they confirmed. It was $10, today we go pick it up and they give us 2 drawers. We left our phone number because we bought it Saturday and they waited until we went to pick it up to say it was only 2 drawers. First of all what plastic dresser is only 2 drawers to begin with? This was 100% their mistake, but refused a refund and refused to honor what they told us initially. We go there every Saturday, I’ll never go back there again. It’s the principle of the matter and they chose to be sheisty. There are plenty of good thrift stores here in town, this is not one of them. When I spoke to Patricia about my issue, she was combative and rude. If I could give 0...
Read moreI would not recommend anyone bring any of their donations here to help the dogs and cats!! I drove from El Paso to the thrift store and they wouldn't take my new cloths I just took out of my closet!!?? What?? They said they were full! The old man told me take it over to the Goodwill they will your donations there, I was driving around saw a Savers donation place, they took all my stuff and even gave me a bottle of water! Would not recommend to anyone looking to donate!!! Sad that they do this in name of...
Read moreThe store is a hazardous environment. So much stuff piled up. Staff had stacked two oval end tables on top of each other with ceramic lamps and vases, etc on the top very close to a reclining sofa. The sofa was touched, not sat in, not reclined in, which caused the tower of tables and ceramics to crash to the ground. Staff came to clean up and first said $300 of stuff broken, then $500 worth. Thankfully they just asked for a donation of $30 for the broken items. The staff then set the same oval end tables up again in the same place as before. Felt like a set up. I gave a donation of $40 for compensation of the broken items that I feel were the stores neglectful placement. I won't shop...
