5-Star Shoutout to Ryan & Max!
I booked this experience after seeing it all over TikTok, and while things didn’t go entirely as planned, I still want to share how impressed I was with the customer service — especially from Ryan and Max.
We were scheduled to ride the buggies today (06/30/25) and arrived at 6:15 PM excited to start. Right away, our buggy had trouble turning on. Max, the manager, came over quickly and got it started, which we appreciated. Still, I had a gut feeling something might go wrong.
We ended up driving for just a few minutes — a total of 27 minutes including a water and photo break. Unfortunately, when we tried to start the buggy again, it wouldn’t turn on. Ryan gave it his all, trying to troubleshoot, and stayed incredibly positive the whole time. When nothing worked, he made the call to take us back and kept trying to reach Max for further direction.
Max advised Ryan to let my husband or me drive the buggy back, but we didn’t feel comfortable, so Ryan continued driving us safely back to the location. Once we returned, I respectfully asked about a refund. Max handled the situation very professionally — he didn’t argue or make things difficult. He refunded us $180 (of the $380 we paid), and I truly appreciated his fairness, calm attitude, and understanding.
Now let me say this: Ryan went above and beyond. He kept us calm, reassured us everything would be okay, and truly showed what great customer service looks like. I run a business myself, and I can only hope my team would handle a situation like this with as much grace and professionalism as Ryan and Max did. Especially considering this all happened on my birthday — nerves were high, but they were both so composed.
While I didn’t get the full experience, I know things happen. What matters most is how people handle it — and both Ryan and Max handled it like true pros. Because of them, we’ll definitely be back!
Thank you both for turning a rough moment into a reminder of how far kindness and...

Cons: This tour does very little to guide or help with parking. And when you call and ask for help, they shrug and tell you "we aren't affiliated with the hotel". We drove around lost for 20min so of course they left us behind. Then they charged $50 to rebook. It felt scammy. They also couldn't provide a receipt for the $50. Extra scammy.
The lady driving the bus/operating the tour was super aggressive and belligerent. I felt bullied and harassed, so much so that strangers on the tour were checking on me. When I asked to use my cc to pay the $50, she said they accept cash only. When I asked to see that in writing, she snapped on me and cut me off. When I asked for a receipt, she claimed to have no way to provide one. When I asked if she had a supervisor she could ask, she claimed to have no way of contacting anyone. As we were driving, she claimed to text a manager asking for a receipt. So, essentially, she lied.
During the ride itself, their machines kept stalling so the tour kept stopping/starting.
Overall, I wouldn't pay them for another tour. And I highly suggest they train the woman on basic decency and customer service. They also need to do better with directing people with cars. Horrible waste of hundreds of dollars just because this lady had an attitude and couldn't be bothered to care about making our...
Read moreTour was fun but I wish I knew a few things beforehand. The meetup location was not super clear. It was stated in the “Inclusions and Exclusions” section of Trip advisor but not “Meeting and Pickup Location” section which is why it was missed. The meetup is at the shuttle bus location found through Mandalay Bay hotel, this is not close to the Mandalay beach main entrance. Luckily we arrived early to the hotel and were contacted through text message by the tour coordinator to determine where to go. She was helpful and kind throughout the entire experience. I would suggest adding a guide for the pickup location because the address did not direct you exactly there. Dust masks were highly recommended and this was not indicated on the event details. This was definitely needed due to the strict line following one behind the other and everyone riding through the dust cloud behind each other. Masks were offered for purchase at the atv location start for $5. Also this event felt very restricted to follow the person behind you with no free riding. I understand this is a tour but the event should mention the driving restrictions and type of riding. This event was for my friend’s bachelor party and he wished it was less...
