Our 4 course meal was absolutely delicious! Our salad was fresh and the homemade sauce was exquisite! Our appetizer consisted of stuffed plantain with shrimp and it was cooked perfectly with so much flavor. The chicken stuffed with mofongo and string beans… omg!! By itself was already good, the homemade sauce sent it over the top! I am going to be daydreaming about that for a while. The dessert was bread pudding and what a better way to end the meal. Aside from the fact the I haven’t had a good bread pudding in a loooong time, this was the exclamation point. Sabor Chefs catered a leadership meeting that I hosted at my home. It. Was. Amazing!! They came in and explained everything that they were making Chef Geno and Alissa put a little bit of themselves in every dish.

They showed up early got the ovens hot and got down to business! They cooked entertained and just provided amazing service and delicious food.

Chef and Chefette came to my home for my birthday and made a fabulous meal. Each course was explained with how it was cooked and what is was known for. I am stuffed. The final course (dessert) just out the meal over the edge. This was a wonderful experience with excellent food. If you ever want a home cooked meal made with lots of love. I definitely recommend Sabor Chefs. They cook and clean up so you don’t even know someone else was in your kitchen. Excellent job...
