Catfish is actual catfish and it’s good and seasoned well.

Fried shrimp are very good.

Pork chop very good and seasoned well.

Greens with turkey usually have their own flavor not much seasoning is needed, but these actually taste smoky like canned glory greens with boiled turkey pieces in them. No flavor or seasoning at all other than a smoky canned flavor

Mac N cheese wasn’t very good. Curdled cheese. Not creamy at all and no seasoning

Mac n cheese on the soulwich worked though. The sandwich is very good and the chicken was seasoned perfectly!

Yams really good

Whatever kind of honey butter is on the rolls is good too

I ordered on door dash. Maybe it would of been different if I was at the restaurant. But my chicken was over fried the shrimp to just tough not properly cleaned legs in my batter what's the point. Fried pickles I can tell those would be amazing only can order those when you sit in otherwise steam gets them soggy. I ordered 2 Pepsi only got 1. I ordered 2 waffles 1 cookies with the biscoff cookie and 1 carrot cake absolutely amazing so delicious would of been better had they packed any sauce for them on the side cause they were kinda soggy but still absolutely amazing. When I have the chance I'm going to try this place again around opening because I tried them right B4 closing I think that played...

We ordered the two one waffles and received the sides and the red velvet. My daughter doesn’t like cream cheese and she absolutely loved it. I ate the greens, macaroni and cheese and the dressing. I licked the container and was sad it was gone! The best soul food I have ever had in Las Vegas. Some amazing person took the time to actually cook the food and make it taste like my grandma’s recipe.10 stars that effort is appreciated and noted.
