Lost in transition: a mobile order. Unfortunate as it is, I thought this was the good Jack in the Box, but boy was I wrong. Made a mobile order with my friend, we hit the button saying we arrived, walked inside, let the woman at the counter know we were here for my order.
At this point someone is cleaning the floors in the kitchen, which is no big deal. Do what you gotta do. However this seemed to hinder the food preparation. After about 20 minutes of waiting I figured, maybe they're done cleaning now my order will be ready any minute as I keep looking over at the counter, my name or order never called yet. At this point the woman I told was here for a mobile order goes on break or whatever to eat. New cashier.
Now waited a total of 30 minutes at this point for a burger and mini tacos. I get up, attempting to hold my voice back and tell the girl how long I waited and that 3 other people got their orders before me not counting drive thru, and clear as day two bags sitting behind her. I go sit back down as I hear someone say my order was sitting on the food bagging counter whatever you would like to call it.
10 minutes later I hear from the kitchen "no it's the jumbo jack with no cheese make a new one" ...I'm not sure if I can curse on these reviews but I hope anyone reading this would understand my frustration and anger. Read moreThe manager on December 7th at 10:am is an absolute monster she needs to be fired immediately. I have witnessed on several occasions her belittling her staff and speaking recklessly very unprofessional. I had an issue on 12/5/23 at the drive thru window where the new cashier accidentally charged me twice. I went inside to show the manager my phone to see my bank account showing two charges she said contact my bank. I did so and returned on 12/7/23 because the charge was still there my bank told me to go to the merchant because they recharged it after the bank reversed the charge. The manager was very mouthy she’s not willing to listen to anyone else speaking besides herself she’s arrogant and extremely cocky not willing to speak calmly just a know it all that told me she doesn’t need to hear what I have a charge for because her time is money and I’m wasting her time and she’s not making any money talking to me about my overcharged account from their error. I really feel she’s a bad reputation for jack in the box. This woman belongs in the streets with that attitude. I’ve literally have been robbed by jack in the box I paid $40.20 for a ultimate cheese burger combo and four tacos. Read moreI went by this location yesterday. Worst experience I’ve had in a while. But, this was not the first bad experience. The first incident was on New Year’s Eve, I tried to remain understanding but myself along with 3 other cars waited 25 minutes for food. When I questioned the guy at the window he stated well it’s new years and nobody wants to work. The food was hot so I left It alone. YESTERDAY…. I ordered on the app, I was on my way to lecture and I didn’t realizing sandwich was a Jr jumbo jack and not a Jr bacon cheeseburger. I ate my halfsie fries and decided to go back after class and request the jr bacon instead. KAILA tells me that because that’s what I selected on the app I needed to take the sandwich and leave, or I can go on the app for a refund. She was very rude. Mind you the jr bacon was the same price as the sandwich I accidentally selected. She shut the window and refused to help me. I asked for a manager and she stated the manager was not there.
