Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

The new location in Aliante is mediocre at best. Half the time they get the order wrong. Because they are so busy at certain times, they are slinging drinks out the window not being careful to get the drinks right. Out of the past 5 times going there they have gotten my order wrong 3 times.

Also, if u want to complain with corporate it's pretty much impossible. When you complain at the store the teenager looks at you with a blank stare apologizing while he/she hands you the incorrect drink.

The service quality and end product here is so bad, I have stopped going. If I am near a different location I will give it a try.

Also Dutch offered Sugar Free Caramel sauce now they don't. Being on a zero sugar diet, it was always nice to indulge in the Sugar Free Golden Eagle. Now they don't have the sauce which made it so great. I have heard every excuse imaginable from covid to the ships held out of port in California but none of the employees seem to know why they can't get it in stock, they again apologize while giving u that blank stare. Love dutch bros, but today a small accident happened. I ordered a large drink, but I changed it for a different flavor because of sugar free availability. No problem. Followed by ordering 3 other drinks.

I got 2 out of 3 correct. The originally ordered large came out medium. Accidents happen. Maybe the person taking the order rushed to change stuff and accidently left it default medium.

I offered the medium back and offered to pay the difference because I don't want any trouble for the mistake. Cashier apologized for the mix up.

A barista; female, white, tall, stocky; from the back muttered an insult and said "no he wants it large now..." not very appropriate. Proceeds to redo the order. The order was asked to be made with almond milk. Instead the same barista added half and half.

I ended up just accepting the mistake drink because I disliked being there any longer. The disrespectful attitude and the disregard for the customer left me with a bad taste.

I don't think I'll be returning to this branch. I didn't appreciate the vibe or this barista. I'll be going to a further...

I really like this place, but in all honesty compared to its other locations this one is the slowest. On average I will spend 30min waiting in line. The only reason I go to the Centennial location is due to the proximity of the location to my house. It would take me roughly the same amount of time to drive to the Rancho/Hualapai location; wait in line/order my drink and then receive it AND get home and wait in line at the Centennial location and barely get my order in and still wait line for another 15-20min. The service and employees are great but then wait is just brutal. Also because of the entrance is also on the same road you exit from it can make for some awkward tight maneuvering leaving the area, but that issue should be resolved when the gas station adjacent to it removes the fencing blocking off majority...
