UPDATE AS OF 07-08-2024. After posting a Google Review with Acima they responded and asked for me to give them a call to resolve this. As expected they still said I owe an additional $2,000.00. I only owe $216.00. I am DEFINITELY going to sue QUEEN FURNITURE and ACIMA in a class action law suit. QUEEN FURNITURE needs to get this resolved! KRISTAL you need to fix this right away and do not ask me to talk to ACIMA again. I wanted to give an update as of July 2nd 2024. I spoke to Acima and after talking to them and reading their reviews I see how big of crooks they really are along with Queen Furniture If this is not resolved within 10 days I am going to file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT and have everyone that has been cheated by Queen and Acima join the lawsuit. I will also file criminal complaints with the FTC, and every Attorney General in America where they do business. I will also go to the State of Nevada and file complaints against Queen and Acima for running a HUGE SCAM. They have done this to thousands of customers. Both companies need to be STOPPED otherwise several more hard working Americans get cheated out of money because of these DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES. This is absolutely SHOCKING. All you need to do is read the Google Reviews for Acima in Draper Utah. Also take a look at the Better Business Bureau in Draper Utah. Hundreds and Hundreds of complaints. Both companies are running a scam using DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES. Both of these companies are scam artists. On 03-12-2024 I made a purchase of $1,300.00 for a couch, love seat and 3 barstools. The sales rep Krystal said I could have credit for 90 days with 0 interest. I had the money to pay at that time but she made it sound real good so I took the credit. The credit company has made 4 auto debits which totals $1084.16 which leaves a balance due of $215.84. Now a little more that 90 days have past and normally a finance company will drop you an email to let you know that the 90 days is almost up and tell you what your balance is. That is what any legit company would do in good faith. Now when I took the credit Krystal simply said that if you pay it off within the 90 days that they would not charge me any interest. Now here is what they are doing to me. Since the 90 days went a few days over with just a balance of $215.84 they converted my purchase into a lease and they now say that I have a balance due of $2,000.64 to pay off the rental. On Saturday I called Krystal and she told me to drive to her store and that she would call the credit company and get it fixed. I immediately drove to her store which takes me over 1/2 hour. She tried calling the credit company and they placed her on hold but she was not willing to wait until someone answered so I just left. Later in the afternoon I called Krystal and told her that it is her responsibility to fix this huge problem. She said she was with a customer and that she would call me back right away. She never extended the courtesy to call me back. When Krystal offered me the credit she should have told me that if you do not pay the finance company back in the 90 day period that they would switch it to a rental and then double what the invoice amount was originally. That is the proper thing to do no matter what the fine print in the contract says. She should know well enough to advise ANYONE that she offers credit to that they will be in big trouble if it is not paid in the 90 days. This is shocking!!! Now unless Queen Furniture does not get the finance company to send a final bill in the amount of $215.84 by July 8th 2024 I am going to file a lawsuit against Queen Furniture and also Acima Finance. I do not have the time to argue with Acima. If Queen Furniture is any kind of a company that protects their customers they will fix this immediately. This is bait and switch and not fair at all. I do not care what I spend in attorney fees. This is a matter of principal with me and I will make a Federal Case out of this...
   Read moreInconsistent pricing. Went in store yesterday and the tag ($799) was a different price than what was posted online ($699). The worker said it was because the mattresses werenât included. I then showed the post with the price for the bunk bed with mattresses for $699, their response was âWe didnât specify which mattressesâ then proceeded to include mattresses I wouldnât even let my dogs sleep on to âhonorâ what was online. Came one today to check if it was still available and the post was updated to âBed w/mattress, before $899, now $799.â This place is a scam and the company is trying to get the most money out of their potential customers....

Upon arrival Alejandra immediately greeted me and showed me the items I inquired about.
