I have mixed feelings about this tour company. Pros: funny tour guide, beautiful views of Grand Canyon, and friendly empathetic customer service. Cons: Despite having a confirmation email they did not schedule me for the tour. Which is a breach of contract; however, the customer service agent was empathetic, apologetic, and was able to solve a problem that should have never happened in the first place. If you decide to use this tour company, DO NOT trust the confirmation email. You’ll need to call and verify that you have a seat on the tour bus. Hopefully management will figure out who messed up the reservation and fix it. The lunch was bland so I recommend eating a good breakfast. If you are taller than 5’ 10” these seats are not comfortable. Luckily I was able to ride in the front seat. Overall, I will not be a repeat customer and do not recommend since there is so many...

I did a reservation on Thurday to go Friday to the Tour, unfurtunelly my wife got sick with the covid-19 I asked them for the return and they told me that if I don't go I will lost my money and they want me and my wife to go and infect everyone in the tour in order to don't lost our money, I have been asking them to return the money for the restaurant and the bus and other money that wasn't use they said that they can't. it is unfurtunelly that they don't care about the safety of their employees and their client. Asking an infected Covid-19 client to go to a bus with at least 10 more clients it is unaceptamble. I asked them to give me two years to used my ticket and they denied. Be carfull when you book with those people they don't care...
