Recently, I had an Appointment with Red Rock Eyecare. (Located in Eye Glass World 3819 W Sahara AV, LV, NV 89102). I had an appointment to be fitted for contact lenses. As I arrived, I scanned the entire office for cleanliness, tidiness and organization. Everything was clean, tidy and organized. This was a significant indication that I was going to have a beyond the best experience at this organization. My initial intake and initial examination was performed by: Corina, Maria and Carely. They all work as a team, yet each has a separate job role in the organization. All of them were informative, knowledgable, courteous and all of them had a sincere passion for the work that they were performing. Next, Dr. Gail G. Did an extensive eye are examination by doing the standard sets of testing to determine vision capabilities in both eyes. Dr. Gail was beyond patient with me allowing me to retest many of the images twice to ensure that I would be fitted with the proper contact lens/prescription. Ultimately I was fitted with Accuvue brand contact lenses and they had them in stock. I was able to leave with my contacts on the same day as my 1st appointment! This Awesome service has exceeded my expectations. I thought I would have a waiting period. Due to Dr Gail and her staff’s professional abilities and management, I was wearing my new contact lenses when I left Eyecare World. Dr. Gail scheduled me for a follow up appointment to ensure that the contact lenses were to my satisfaction and comfort. Again, Dr Gail was very patient allowing me time to test and retest the letters in the eye exam twice. I highly reccomend Red Rock Eyecare for all of your eyecare needs. The Doctor, staff, environment and beyond the best levels of customer service have made me a loyal customer. Also, The Eyecare World Staff was very helpful and kind as well. Thanks to all of you at Red Rock Eyecare. You are truly professionals that have an extreme passion for the work that you...
Read moreAwful awful awful!
My visit to this female eye doctor was a complete disappointment from start to finish. Not only did she lack compassion when i was going through the exam process, but at the end she gave me the wrong prescription!
When i called to discuss the problem the receptionist responded with, "It's fine," after i told her that i was terrified that i was going blind.
Then, I came back to discuss the matter, and the doctor went and hid in her office (on 2 separate occasions) Instead of trying to discuss my concerns.
The level of negligence and lack of professionalism is astonishing.
Furthermore, all but one person on the office staff treated me more like a piece of data than a human being, demanding i give "my date of birth" instead of my name. It's as if they see patients as nothing more than numbers on a chart and another chance to get paid from the insurance companies
Overall, I would strongly advise against trusting your eye care to this establishment. They clearly prioritize their money over the well-being of their patients, and that's simply...
Read moreFraudulent pricing activity. Be aware of it. Strong opacity and lack of professionalism for the staff. Except for the optometrist, fortunately..... or not. And not answer telling me you do not find my email or my name, the first one has never been asked and the second one is private on a public post !
Answer to your post Red rock eye care : There was no misunderstanding at all. Before walking to the office store, we previously called explaining our need of contact lens. We agreed to an lens eye exam to obtain the right prescription for the lens. You double invoiced me : $94 for a glass eye exam that i did not request and $60 for the other. It was clear enough even before i walked in. It pays well for you at the end of the day. This is call a fraud !! And when your receptionist and his associate are pricing according to random holder insurance or not, on the top, it is called random fraudulent pricing activity. SO no, sorry, i would never come back. You lost a new customer of 3 family members. And i will spread the word. I felt...
