Nevada Made Marijuana — Local services in Laughlin

So I have been reluctant to post but this is the final straw haha.

Me and my Fiancé have been shopping at Nevada Made for about 2 years. We have spent plenty of money. We are 1,000 points away from their top tier in the rewards program.

Over the course of the two years, we have seen some mediocre deals come in, however they are very short lived.

I thought maybe this is to deal with their rewards system and that’s why they are expensive too. Give away free stuff gotta make it back somehow right? That’s what I thought.

Until after about a year in, they switched up their point system. Making me and my fiancé create two separate accounts or otherwise when i go to the store for her order, the points are either assigned to the person who picks it up, or lost if they don’t have an account.

So this account we’ve both been putting our money into by purchasing products I just lost access to. “Straw One”

Also over the course of the two years, they were doing a free pre roll for your birthday, for both years. They quit doing that. Not a big deal, but kinda sucks. Looked forward to that after spending thousands of dollars a year, but okay.

If you have a leaky cartridge or moldy weed, even though you get a digital receipt online, and your order history is tracked through their rewards system, you still have to bring in a PHYSICAL RECEIPT. A leaky cartridge happened to us after a couple day use, mind you it was still full at this time. Hardly any was smoked due to us smoking flower and using the carts to get an extra high if we feel like it. We brought it in to prove, and we did not have the receipt due to me throwing anything marijuana related away to keep it away from the kids. (We are smart smokers) they would not let us exchange it at all without the receipt.

They are NOT competitive with other dispensaries in the area. They may be the only one to do a point system, but I’m spending half the money shopping elsewhere. For example, Marvin’s Mary J in Needles is fairly priced, more product on the shelf, they don’t give you weed that has been on the shelf drying for 5 months either. They have been doing buy one get one on FULL GRAM CARTS AND AN EIGHTH OF FLOWER FOR $15. Once I found that out, I dramatically changed how much I shop at Nevada made.

After reflecting and realizing how rude the staff has gotten over the course of the two years, specifically management, the over priced flower, the exchange/return policy, still cash only, expensive atm fee, and the change in the point system, Nevada Made Marijuana has made this store the least convenient store I ever been to.

The 3 stars are for my red bearded bud-tenders. They are the reason I shopped and stayed so long. They recommended the best they had to offer every time and sold me plenty of weed....

Let me start out by saying me and my boyfriend lived in Alaska all our lives and this was our first ever dispensary experience: We drove about 50 minutes to Laughlin and stopped here.

We walk in and they greet us immediately with friendly words, its crowded but its noon on a Saturday, we check in showing our Alaskan IDs and then proceed to lean against an available spot against the wall. In total we waited about 15 minutes in the lobby, and in that time we had good conversations and looked at some posters and smoking pieces in the area, the receptionists then passed out free marijuana magazines from this month of August. Such a cool atmosphere. :)

We get called in and go to the counter with a blonde woman with awesome winged eyeliner, im sorry i forgot your name! Whoever this was working Saturday around noon, you're awesome. :) We told her we were looking for shatter or distillate with flavor and to help back pain. She showed us 2 kinds of terpene sauces, 2 kinds of distillates, and we eyed 2 kinds of shatter. WE GOT TO SMELL AND SEE ALL BUT 2 BECAUSE THEY WERE ALREADY PACKAGED.

After some debate and help from the awesome clerk, we decided on 1 gram of golden lemons shatter and a half gram of live resin Skywalker og. The lemons are so delicious and helped with pain tremendously! The Skywalker is so sparkly but a bit overpriced for what we got. Still very good in flavor and high though. Both great! Very happy with the service and products. Love that tax is included in all posted prices. :D

MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THERE ISN'T ANY BATHROOMS... Please put some stalls in? Unisex bathroom right in lobby?? :) And maybe MORE CHAIRS along the wall next to the door?? Other than that, it was a great first experience and don't be nervous to ask them any questions. :)

ALSO: IF ANY OF THE EMPLOYEES READ THIS FAR: WE HEARD ABOUT YOU GUYS GIVING A LITTLE GIFT FOR FIRST TIME EVER DISPENSARY VISITORS LIKE WE WERE..... DO YOU GUYS DO THAT?? BECAUSE WE DID NOT RECEIVE A PRE-ROLLED JOINT OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT AND WE SPENT OVER $115 EVEN THOUGH OUR HALF GRAM LOOKED UNDER .5g BUT IT WAS ALREADY SEALED SO WE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE THROUGH THE PACKAGING IT WAS IN... THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING THOUGH!!!...

I've been frequenting this location the past several months. I've spent alot of money here and have never had a problem until the last 3 times, of which I've ordered online to avoid the always lengthy lobby wait. All three times, the order was wrong upon arrival, along with my name. The first two times they didnt have what they advertised having and what I ordered, and instead gave me what they had, one option, take it or leave it. Mind yall it's a 30 minute drive. I took it, out of convenience. Yesterday, I tried one last time. All good until I got in the back. Blonde hair guy with glasses on the right side, I really wish I had caught your name. I'm from out of town. I had no idea 1 gram of concentrate equals 8 grams of flower. I had a $280 order, a half and an eighth, 2 grams wax two cartridges. He had cancelled my order without informing me, was incredibly rude when I asked him to pull it back up so I could get SOMETHING of what I ordered, told him sorry I was from colorado and the rules were different and I was unaware in which he condescendingly stated that Colorado was the reason they do things differently. HOW RUDE!!! Colorado, for one, can count. And for two is my home. And for three I had a disabled veteran hat on which should be indication this is medicine for me even though I'm not a Nevada card holder. I turned around and walked out, briefly explaining the situation to the kind woman at the front desk. But i felt necessary to leave this review because I've never been so offended and insulted in a dispensary before and people should know about it. Just because theres no 5 mile radius competition doesnt mean people cant drive 20 minutes to needles, where they can count, are very kind and always have what they claim. Not to mention, I bought the exact same things I was going to purchase at nm for 100 bucks cheaper. Needless to say, another good...
