El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Nevada

Went to this location a few weeks ago n never again dude at the register charged me for two drinks when I ordered one, that was on the receipt, young lady came to give me two drinks, I could walked out with both them but I only ordered one, I asked her if I was charged she answer yes, so at that point I was lost to what was going on so I took my one drink gave her the other, as if she was gone even drink it most likely she disposed of it. I bet she can have what ever drink she wants so I asked for a bowl on my order with specific ingredients, I get in my truck and open my bag to see if my order was correct, starving from a long day of work and my food looked messy and not what I order so annoyed I went back in to ask the dude at the register why did I get what I didn’t order and also asked why I was charged for two drinks and the dude rudely told me to learn to count, pissed I pulled out my receipt and show the guy what my receipt said and he went on to tell me he had not charged me for what was clearly on my receipt told me he’d been doing this job for a long time and all this nonsense to learn to count, My point is I would never step foot in this restaurant and I kindly say to who ever reads this to not go here customer service very unwelcoming and the food seems to cost but the service very much sucks save your money go else where I’ve been to a few different locations and they’re a lot better this one here gives bad name to the brand and I rather y’all not support this store. Dude almost wore the bowl I ordered but I reserved myself and walked away very unhappy and hungry i recommend ppl to most definitely save there money McDonald down the street treat there customer with a lot more respect and for the price you’ll spend here you’ll get a lot more else where places almost always empty I see why now!!!! The service and food here were very bad. I ordered through the app and went to pick up at the designated time. When I reached the front counter, the manager and cashier kept on talking and didn't even acknowledge me. After telling them that I was ready to pick up the manager told me the food wasn't ready. I told him I'll wait by the seat and to let me know when it's ready.

I waited 15 minutes, where I saw only one other person come in to order (that should've been the tell-tale sign). I decided to go up to approach the manager and ask about my food. He seemed confused about my order and then remembered that my order had been sitting there for a couple of minutes. I was not happy about this and the manager didn't seem to care either.

As soon as I opened the taco wrappings I saw that he gave me the wrong tacos. You can see in the photos what the taco should look like and the tacos they gave me. The shells are different and those taco shells are from the smaller cheaper tacos that cost about $3. I paid $10 for my taco order. I went back and complained to the manager about this, showing him a picture of the taco I should have gotten, and he told me straight to my face that they were the same tacos. I was hungry so I let this slide and went back to eat the tacos.

These were the most disgusting tacos I have ever tasted, and 5 hours later this food has given me food poisoning where I'm still very nauseous. The tacos tasted like nothing, with the aftertaste of raw vegetables. The carnitas were not even salted and tasted bland.

The order came with a free burrito that supposedly cost $10, since this was my first time ordering from the app. As soon as you cut into the burrito a bunch of water comes out. The rice was all mushy and the chicken was cold. Again, the food was tasteless. Some of the ingredients were undercooked and the vegetables were stale. Most of the time. This place does not make your food right when they make a mistake at the drive through. They instantly throw your items in the trash right by the drive through window and have a attitude about them. Not making your order right any of the $5 combos. They're trying to skip the meat on the items. Because they're their cheapest combo's. They never have Tortilla chips only in the morning. Or in the afternoon after 4, they don't have anything they always running out or trying to put. Extra icing your drink and all the workers except the lady in the morning, have a attitude, the manager that's a man who really has an attitude and he's always f** app your order, and then they always trying to make you buy chips that come with your meal are ready for free. It's. A part of the combo and they're always trying to upsell and ask you. Do you want chips and your items already come with chips and salsa? Y'all need to do better. I currently go to the one on Eastern now. Even though it's further than my house, but it's worth it. They make your food right? They don't have a problem giving you salsa or the other package. They always running out of package but have a bunch of salsa that they make and with no gloves on you could see the lady scratching her hair making the salsa with no gloves on in the open space that's not clean very disgusting.
