Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I ordered Marinara sauce with my order, when arrived I asked my daughter to ask for a cold one instead as I always do. The cup was half filled so I gave my daughter a $1.08 to ask and purchase another. The Manager on duty seemed to get an attitude I was parked right in front a foot away. She came back and said the lady said she will not fill it. I told her to purchase the half serving. My daughter came back with half of the half of marinara sauce. I got upset came into the store and asked for the manager the lady proudly said I am...like she was ready I held up the to and in my face she said the look the same. They were no she said she could only give 2 ounces. However there was a ounce difference. I pleaded that it was poor service and you are willing to lose a regular customer over a scoop of marinara. The Manager gave a snappy reply and was disrespectful and unapologetic. I spend over $300 bucks a year on the pizza. I come because I love the recipe. Not because the price. If papa John tasted better that is were I'd be. I got a refund for my scoop of marinara. I told her I will be complaining she didn't care. If I didn't have 3 hungry children in my vehicle I'd return the entire order. Lost a regular customer over a scoop of marinara...pat who trained her on the back. I NEVER GOT MY FOOD. I ORDERED 5 PIZZAS AND 3 ORDERS OF BREAD CRAZY BREAD. AND INSTEAD A DOOR DASH DRIVER SHOWED UP WITH AN ORDER OF WINGS. I TOLD HIM WE DIDN'T ORDER WINGS AND HE JUST LEFT. HE TOLD US HE WILL RETURN THE WINGS AND LEFT. THE DRUVER SHOWED UP AT MY DOOR AFTER BUISINESS HOURS SO WHEN WE CALLES LITTLE CAESARS TO RESEND OUR FOOD THEY WERE CLOSED. WHEN WE CALLED SUPPORT IT GOT WORST. THEY SAID I COULD NOT GET A REFUND OR BE COMPENSATED ANOTHER MEAL THE NEXT DAY. WHEN I WAS TRANSFERRED TO A SUPERVISOR HE HUNG UP ON ME. I CALLED SUPPORT THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO WAIT 3DAYS TO HEAR BACK FEOM SUPPORT. I HAVE 4 YOUNG CHILDREN AND WIFE HUNGRY. WE WENT TO DENNYS AND ATE THERE AROUND 12AM TO FEED MY FAMILY DINNER. ⚠️WARNING⚠️ [Extended Wait Times NOT Disclosed After Placing Online Orders] The pizza portal warmers have not been working for quite some time now at this location. I ordered (2) pizzas and (1) breadsticks on (11/06/2021) at 6:16PM, and I received an instant message advising that my order would be ready at 7:07PM. When I arrived at 7:05 PM, there were (15) people in the lobby (with the end of the inside lobby line behind the portal warmers) while approximately another (25) waiting outside, with additional people waiting within their vehicles. I spoke with other customers who were parked next to me in their cars and with some standing outside and I learned that they all had placed their orders after mine. I approached the counter and inquired about my order. I was told "10 to 15 minutes", I exited and returned to my vehicle and waited. After 15 minutes, I reentered and inquired with the cashier who checked on my order status in the register and advised that my order "had not been started yet".
