Panda Express — Restaurant in Laurel

I ordered the plate with orange chicken, grilled teriyaki chicken, and chow mien and an order of veggie spring rolls. Upon ordering I was told it would be 5 extra mins for the spring rolls, which was fine. There were 3 or 4 cars ahead of me so I figured it would be ready when I got to the window. After I waited for 10-15 in line and got to the window I waited another 3-4 minutes before I was greeted with a cookie and told sorry for my wait. After the guy ran my card he asked me to order something else from the menu because it was going to be another 10 minutes before my orange chicken was ready to which I said just put more grilled chicken in the box because I was in a hurry. To that he answered it was going to be even longer before that was done. He suggested String bean chicken. I said fine and I got the order and left. Once I checked my order I had 2 piece of chicken and a pile of string beans and my veggie spring rolls were chicken spring rolls. I will not be back to Panda...

Both my brother and I got sick tonight from their food, thank god that my 6yo didn't get sick. The mushroom chicken was lacking in meat, mushrooms, and flavor. Almost all of our meat was gristle or fat. The veggies were very undercooked and tasted weird. The rice was bland, as always, and needed soy sauce to make it edible. I live too far away to return the food so we threw it out, god help any animal that eats that. The staff was quick and friendly, as always, but that does NOT make up for the relationship we gained with our bathrooms tonight (causing my brother to miss work). I will be driving past this atrocity to Hattiesburg for better Chinese food in the future. This was our second visit and subsequently our last. The first was okay, and didn't make us sick not to mention the staff was fast and friendly. We decided to give it a second chance...#mistakesweremade. This night was in no way shape or form worth...

Worst experience ever at a Panda Express. Ordered online for pick up which was supposed to be ready at 7:49pm. Arrived to pick up at 7:50pm inside none of the food was ready. They asked name on order and went and looked at a ticket and empty trays. After about 5 more minutes ask what they were waiting on. Girl said greens which they then started to cook. After greens were placed in trays the girl just left them sitting started waiting on other customers who came in. Ask what we are now waiting on she said Sesame chicken then she turned to the kitchen and ask them to make sesame chicken. This was already 20 minutes after we arrived to pick up order. 30 minutes past pick up time we finally received our food. No apology, no thank you come again, nothing but slinging the bag at us and dirty looks as leaving. Manager was in the kitchen area and never even acknowledged us. Very disappointed and will...
