Read moreNow I've been going to firehouse for at least 14 years. Just not the Laurel location. I've only been going to them for the last year. But I even knew they were open. I didn't even realize there was a location in Laurel. But, but I won't be returning and perhaps to any firehouse. After my encounter, I just had on the phone with who called themselves a head chef because the manager wasn't in. But. I called because the sandwich that I've been buying consistently dating back to my second season of my business, which is 14 years ago. I've been consistently buying the same sub called the steamer and last night I bought 2 of them and I've never seen this before. I've never had this problem before, but the bread was as wet if you sat it on a table and poured water or milk all over it. And there was. No way you could eat it. So I call twice and there's no answer so I don't know whether they've closed early or what, but today when I finally got through this young girl that calls yourself. The head chef tells me she was there last night, and they weren't closed, but can't tell me why they wouldn't answer the phone then. A day later I finally get them in that store to answer the phone and I'm told well if I would have brought the sandwich back. They could have replaced. I'm in Ellisville, they are in Laurel. Who wants to get all the way home with their food? Find the bread that wet nasty. Then wrap it back up and drive back to Laurel. So while I have her on the phone. I explain that to her, and she's just simply says.Yes, or I'll pass that along like. What does pass that along mean to me?Is the customer right now?It means nothing and that kind of customer service from a girl that wouldn't have even been old enough to walk yet. When I first started going to the store is insulting and is disrespectful to the paying customer.I...
Read moreMy husband and I were there today about noon. Let me start by saying not enough tables, dinning area way to small, took 34 minutes to get a medium sub and a small sub. I ordered a club sub I got turkey, maynoise, lettuce and tomato. An employee was there having lunch with her husband and brought in food from another place. So that table was taken by a non paying customer đ€. The drink machine was out of coke. VERY DISAPPOINTED đ. Plus a large chip rack blocking people from actually coming inside to even get in...
