Don't step foot into this salon. I came in with blonde hair as you can see in the pictures and asked for subtle lowlights just to break up how solid the blonde was. I walked out with dark brown hair with random blonde patches. I have truly never experienced such a disaster with my hair. I was also left with toner on my hair for 30 minutes and when she first put it on, as she walked away she said she'd be back in 15 minutes.

When I was brought to tears after my hair being blow dried and seeing how dark it was, I was not met with any apologies, but rather met with anger from the staff, specifically Daniel, and comments that were beyond rude.

I couldn't imagine completely destroying someone's hair and being anything other than extremely apologetic.

I was treated as though I was a problem and a disturbance in their day because of THEIR mess up on my hair.

The entire experience was not only a disaster to my actual hair but completely unprofessional and blatantly rude.

I will be sharing this with my 20k following on ig as well so that I can stop other women from having to experience not only what was done to my hair but the abuse...

wow.. I don't even know what to say. My friend went here yesterday to get low lights added by lora and I came to see her this morning and her hair is destroyed to say the least. my heart is broken for her

She was in tears on and off all morning. Ashley had beautiful blonde hair prior to visiting and just wanted very muted low lights to add some dimension to her hair and now has dark brown hair with random blond PATCHES and strands through out her hair and the very bottoms the "lowlights" turned to basically black.

I'm not even sure how something like this could happen, it's so bad that it almost seems like it had to be done purposely

Not to mention how much turmoil she felt because of how she was treated by the staff after her hair was ruined. I honestly told her to sue

I had an appointment with Joshlyn for my nails on the 29th at 0900. She texted me and asked if I could change it to 5pm to attend her daughter's preschool. I told her that was fine. I get a text at 4:15pm that she's running 20 minutes behind. I go in for my 5pm appt at 5:20pm. Joshlyn was still doing a pedicure and by 5:34 hadn't even painted the lady's toes yet. I asked her since I had a 5pm appointment, Which she changed and she was way more than 20 minutes behind should we reschedule? All she said was I got you. Not I'm sorry, not let me reschedule it now , just I got you. To say I'm annoyed is an understatement and she totally wasted my time. If my money isnt wanted and my time isn't respected as a repeat customer then I definite will not do business with her or the Vault again. I do not...
