The Tech Store — Local services in Laurens

To start, I am not a tech-savvy individual, but I also really enjoy video games. I had purchased a PC about a year ago, but decided it was in need of an upgrade to future-proof it for a while. I got the necessary parts and started looking for a place to help me out and The Tech Store on Laurens Road really stood out to me. I took my PC and new parts in and the staff was very friendly, asked clarifying questions to ensure they had everything they needed and got right to work. They kept me informed of the process the whole way through and even offered to assist with a part I hadn't even thought about.

After I picked up my PC, I noticed that it was refusing to boot Windows. I attempted to self-diagnose as best I could, but ultimately turned up empty. So I emailed the store again and explained the situation and received a very timely response telling me that they would gladly evaluate what the issue was. It turns out that it was a very simple fix that I had not even thought about. The staff, however, was incredibly gracious and went above-and-beyond to ensure the computer didn't have any other issues that would get in the way of my user experience. Plus, they have a warranty on their work, so I didn't have to pay anything for the follow-on evaluation they did.

I can't even begin to praise these guys enough. Friendly service, timely work, thorough detailing, reasonably priced. The Tech Store does absolutely all of it. If you live anywhere within a 100-mile radius of any of The Tech Store's locations and don't give them your business, you're the one ultimately missing out on truly Grade A work!

Tech Store, thank you so much for all of your help. You really made an impact on me, and have gained a loyal tech-customer for as long as I live in the area. Seriously, if you have any tech issues, these guys are who you want taking...

I had an issue with my gaming PC. I called and was informed to bring it in that same day(Monday) Skylar has such amazing customer service he truly cares for his job and customers. He looked over the PC to see if it was an easy fix (to save me money and time) when they needed to keep my PC they called and had such great customer service and assured me they would get to my PC asap. Skylar called me to explain what the problem was and worked on it and called me by lunch on Wednesday with a perfectly working PC and also gave me some.helpful.hints with a loose cord to my power button.
