I mean if you got no choice and arent in a rush then go for it but if what your sending or receiving has any kind of importance to you do yourself a favor and DO NOT use ups I had an extremely important package sent to me from 4 hours away I struggled with should I drive and get it or use a package carrier service . ... Welp that was my biggest mistake and a lesson learned...weather was fine so I'm trying so damn hard to understand how a small package weighing barely anything gets sent last thursday and still isnt here yet? ...its Tuesday of the following week...?? This makes no sense and makes you wonder why these companies exist if walking will get you to your package faster than services like these....Save your money and find a better solution with your packages. ( oh and fyi stop using customer service agents that barely speaks or...

Jacob Reed at the Lavonia UPS deserves a raise! He helped me with a multi step task involving printing, and notarizing many pages of a legal document. The amount of steps was ridiculously time consuming and involved . Jacob persevered patiently and never showed signs of being aggravated with the task or me. I can’t say enough nice things about this young gentleman....

This store is the closest location to me. Its about a 22 minute drive for my home but I must admit I have never had a bad experience with them. I mostly do my returns from amazon with them and they're very quick and efficient. Never had anyone with a bad attitude or anything negative really. Im not a fan of the location but I will continue to use this location....
