I have known Christy for many years, but this is the first house that she has listed for me. I originally bought the house from the same firm in May of 2011 from Shelley, who also did amazing btw. That said, my house was listed for SEVERAL months, even in this market, and Christy busted her tail to market it and get what we thought was a fair market price. She never wavered, never got upset when I would call to complain about it sitting for so long, CONTINUOUSLY reassure me that it was going to sell and the right buyers would come along, and she was 110%!! Not only did the RIGHT buyers come, but we have already became friends and have kids that will go to school together as well.
