I had the worst experience at this store. The worker Erving was extremely rude when I called and he hung up the phone in my face. When I went to the store to get my packages, asked the worker what was the need to hang up the phone in my face. The store manager Barbara responded for him telling me “Don’t talk to my worker” in a very mean voice as if I was a child. She went on to be rude and dismissive throughout this interaction. She even called me a dummy, which is unacceptable for any manager in retail to say to any customer no matter what the tone. As I preceded to get my things I told her she was very rude and should have apologized for her worker’s behavior. I asked for her finance snd she gave me Barbara and nothing more. She stated I don’t have to give u any of my credentials only my first name. I called my wife ant told her to come up to the store as I didn’t feel comfortable in the presence of the manager or worker. As I was speaking with my wife and waiting for her to come the manager states “are u threatening me?” I said no. Since u won’t give me your credentials I need a witness as to who u are when I call the corporate office to inform them of her behavior. She then told the worker to call the police. While the worker Erving was speak with the police he lied and said I was in his face. Which was a complete lie I was nowhere near him. My children was in the vehicle and witnessed this. I shopped there in April. Love the selection and everything seems to fit better than normal 2x. Even joined the dxl rewards program. Got a coupon for 15% off but it was for online orders only. I like to try before I buy so went to the store to shop in May. Found some things I liked but store would not honor the discount. Saw another discount so I went back in June. Again store would not honor discount. Even though I had joined rewards club it showed I had no points. Clerk even found my purchase of $187 in May bit couldn't explain why I hadn't received any points for that purchase. Found this place in 2015 and come every once in awhile. Most recently needed a last-minute suit for a wedding and Michael and Norma were awesome. I intended to get a black suit but they didn't have my size on hand so Michael offered to call another store and check but instead with he and Norma's help I got a charcoal gray suit with a lavender dress shirt & Michael suggested where I could get a matching bowtie online.
