For the price this is not a bad place. But when I was there (lunch time on a holiday), it was not too crowded and the food was luke warm at best (I did not get sick from anything), but you expect the meats to be hot, the salads to be cold and the rice to be warm and none of it was that.
But the food taste was not bad, not over seasoned, to the point that some things were a little bland, but better than super salty or spicy.
They are doing their best to keep the price reasonable. If your a big eater like I am and like trying a little (or a lot) of everything, this is not a bad option for Peruvian food, but it is by far not the best food.

They had all my favs: lomo saltado, tallerin Verde, cerviche de pescado, chaufa de pollo, aji de gallina, second de res, chupe de pescado, papas de huancaina, fresh fruit, pastries, and much more! Price is still insanely cheap for the buffet, less than $20 and it comes with a drink!
Based on the current inflated prices of Peruvian food, this place is a great deal price wise for trying assorted Peruvian dishes. Highly recommended if you're looking to try Peruvian food for the first time and are on a budget. Plenty of parking in the strip mall it's located in.
