The Baseline: For a Vietnamese cafe the Pho must be quality, the accompaniment add-in ingredients must be fresh, the meats must be well prepared, and menu must have authentic Vietnamese flavors.

August 27, 2025 Update:

Food: Had the Brisket and filet steak Pho which was tasty and delicious. The Banh Mi was toasty and the pork was well grilled. Otherwise we had our two standards of the Bun Cha Gio Thit Nuong (Egg roll / grilled pork noodle salad) #26 and the Shaken Beef and Rice #46 which were great as always.

Service: Great service but it was a pick up order. I had everything at home and it was packaged well.

Ambiance: The restaurant was clean and well organized with an efficient operation for call in orders.

Original Review July 14, 2025 Food: You come here for the food. The Vietnamese flavors and style is prime here. Top dishes in the years I have been coming here is the Pho Filet Mignon, Shaken Beef Rice Plate, Bun Cha Gio Thit Nuong (grilled pork/egg roll vermicelli salad, and the Bahn Mi Sandwhich. The Pho broth is like having a healing broth that has always made me happy when I have felt sick or it is a cold winter night. For appetizers the shrimp spring rolls are a got to must. Also the Thai Iced tea and young coconut is a great drink besides water.

Service: Great service from the wait staff and they serve you like it is a trained routine. Payment is at the front register and if you pay in cash you can take 5% off the bill. Tip you wait staff! Also they don’t walk around with refilling water so you may need to ask for the refills.

Ambiance: The restaurant is clean and well maintained but it is no frills. Table setup is well placed and seating is comfortable to have your meal. Bathrooms are clean and serviced but can be messy on a busy day due to patrons...

What can I say about Saigon dish that you can't already see in the absolutely delicious food pics I've posted.

The fam loves this place.

My #1 is the 13A. Filet mignon Pho. With added fried onions and garlic. Comes with a bundle of sprouts and holy basil, jalapeño and lemons to squeeze. My Fav!!! Clean broth. Full of flavor. I'm a big dud3 and the Regular is more then enough to fill me up and leave me completely satisfied everytime.

My second #1 dish is the Luc Lac beef. Aka:Shaken Beef. OMG so tender so flavorful and just enough. But I like it so much I end up asking for extra meat. If your a big steak eater, double up the meat. You won't be disappointed, it's a bit sweet. Just a touch. So if you like that, then this is your jam.

My third #1 is the Cornish Hen, so tiny, so full of flavor. It comes with a small bowl of broth from the chicken baste to dip or pour over your yellow rice to add that extra flavor profile and kick it up a Ladder worth. :) I recommend this for kids if they want nothing but chicken here.

Appetizer for me is the Veg spring rolls. Great taste and made fresh everytime. So wonderful to have this here. Crunchy and slightly chewy inside. Wrap it in some lettuce it comes with dip in the sweet chili and enjoy!

5 years coming here and I honestly with out any doubt say this is the best of the best of the best for service, cleanliness and flavor of Vietnamese popular dishes hands down. Check the menu before you to make sure they have what your looking for.
