So I walk into this gigantic, prime-location Crate & Barrel—from the outside it screams “Finally! The perfect furniture and home décor store we’ve all been waiting for!”
But plot twist: it’s not a store at all. Nope. It’s a museum-turned-haunted funhouse where, apparently, the only thing for sale is disappointment. Admission? Free. Purchases inside? Nothing to buy—unless you count the dent in your dignity.
The staff? Oh, they’ve got “Attendants” gliding around, dressed like they’re auditioning for a luxury fashion show. But don’t get excited—these Attendants only cater to the elite-looking customers (translation: if you didn’t roll in wearing a runway outfit, you’re just another extra in their “free tour”).
And when you’re done being ignored? Don’t expect a goodbye. The Attendants at the exit have perfected the art of vanishing eye contact. Because clearly, the only thing scarier than this “horror fun place” is their...

The prices will have you floored, even with 40% off upholstery and 60% off dinning and lighting the prices are astronomical for broken, scratched, missing parts, non functional furniture. The prices should be adjusted by another 50-60% to truly make them affordable for the condition it is in. I highly recommend going to Jackson instead, while inventory is smaller, 90% of the pieces there feel more curated and are not broken. I have come to this store 4x now and it just gets worse I really wish they would be more selective on what they put on the floor or at least reconsider the prices to reflect the quality. Ho estly, like other reviews don't waste your time unless you have time to find the one item that isn't broken. We just bought sectional at Jackson and it was in...

One of the store employees said if we were interested she can have someone move the top ones. She called one of the guy workers over (younger looking, medium length dark curly hair) who told us “I’m not moving them unless you are agreeing to purchase them”. I was appalled and asked why would I agree to purchase an item I can’t even see. He then reluctantly lifted a corner slightly. Such an uncomfortable experience and that on top of most items were dirty or not in great condition, we will not...
