Tom and Mikayla are fantastic! We were doing a major remodel of our kitchen and we shopped at many places before deciding on Ferguson. I thought that after all my research and visits to other places that I knew everything I could possibly know about the Thermador package we were honing in on. Tom's knowledge took it to the next level. Ordering appliances in the pandemic is a nightmare for most. Our expectations were managed and the communication after order was good. We'd get quick responses when we had questions. We needed sinks, faucets and lights so we worked with Mikayla. She was patient and spent lots of time with us. I tend to overanalyze things but she had informed responses to everything. There were some hiccups (ours and manufacturers) along the way, but all were resolved very quickly and with little effort from us. The level of support and expertise Tom and Mikayla brought was second to none, and I'm super picky. We are close to having our dream kitchen completed. I wish everyone else we worked with had things together as well as Ferguson, Tom...

SUPER snooty. My husband and I recently visited. We are doing a full kitchen and laundry room remodel and we were shopping for the farmhouse sink and kitchen appliances. No one, and I mean NO ONE bothered to greet us or even say “someone will be with you…”. We spent about 25 minutes in the store and when we were in the kitchen sink section, one of the woman said “I need to be right where you’re standing”. Are you kidding me?! How about “can I help you find something “ or perhaps just “Hello”?! You know, basic bare minimum customer service. So snobby. We will never buy from them based solely on this non-exchange. Shame on them. There were three staff members there that I noticed. Not a single person approached us. Guess my husband should’ve worn his fedora and I guess I should’ve worn my leather jacket. PFFT! My husband and I just left this store. Horrendous customer service!

I called earlier this week to inquire about a particular piece & the woman returning my call was not helpful. So instead of looking elsewhere, we decided to drive there in hopes that they would help us out; instead we were extremely disappointed & it was a complete waste of time. The pendants are almost $900 each and we were willing to buy 3 today, but because they couldn’t answer our questions & wouldn’t give us the time of day, we left. All I wanted To know was if they had something comparable in person that we could see in size and style. Guess that was too difficult of an ask.
