I brought 8 packages to ship. I called before I went there to ask if they ship USPS and was told yes. At the counter I asked for USPS. For the first package I was told a price roughly double the price of the post office and asked if that was USPS ground and the cheapest and was told yes. I was told to verify the address on the screen and sign my name. I did believing I was getting was I asked for with a surcharge. She appeared to be irritated by the fact she had to process 8 envelopes. By the last package the cost was triple what I would have been charged. I called the store and asked to talk to a manager when the first package was received UPS. The person told me the manager was not there and handed the phone to someone else. I explained what happened and she said "well you agreed to it." I agreed to it? She again tried to place the blame on me. She even asked me what my "problem was with UPS" I called and asked for USPS on the phone and at the counter. I paid for it believing that my packages would be delivered USPS. She stated the manager would call me back. No call back. Prior to this, I dropped off an Amazon package that never made it back to Amazon. I won't be back. Instead of calming the situation, the âsupervisorâ egged it on, even after my husband (off duty police officer) told all of us to settle down and stop. I said, "I scheduled an appointment to get my fingerprints done." She said, "you got a check or money order?" And I said no. Then she said, "then I'm not doing em."
