Husband and I like this little buffet. It’s on the smaller side, but the food is good, and the chefs are really good about keeping the food refilled, and not letting things stay empty for long. The waiter and waitress here are top notch. Really the perfect waiter/waitress. They are very friendly and polite, and make you feel as if they appreciate your business. They are quick to get your empty plates, refill your drinks, but they don’t hover over you either.
Took off two stars due to the kid working cash register. It’s very disappointing to see how the kid at the counter behaves, and disrespects people that are clearly older than him. I’ve seen the other reviews on here about him. The fact he still acts this way and hasn’t been fired leads me to believe he is probably the owners child, or at least related to the owner. No gratitude, whatsoever. Your customers are the ones keeping your business going, you should be grateful for them, and not treat them poorly. Kid comes off like he’s got a superiority complex. News flash kid, you’re not better than anybody. No matter how much you keep that nose in the air. Who ever is responsible for him should be ashamed at how he carries himself. It’s a very poor reflection on the business, that you’ll let someone work the counter that acts like that. Like what’s the deal, is he working for free? Every other worker here, I’ve had interactions with, doesn’t act like that. Side note: Make sure you leave your tips on the table for your waiters and waitresses, or hand them the tip yourself, they earned them. When you don’t leave your tips on the table or give them the tip, they may not even be the ones...
Read moreI'm still sitting here mulling over how poor the customer service is here. Half the dining room is deserted, but yet they pack everyone in one small area to the point you are bumping elbows with strangers. The hostess seated us at a cold drafty corner by a window and the thermostat is set far too low to even be comfortable enough to eat. I also had to help myself to their soda fountain because nobody wants to get my family refills.
As far as the food goes, the general tso's chicken is sweet instead of spicy, the fried rice is all dried out in the middle of dinner, and the pepper chicken pieces are smaller than the dried out peas in the fried rice.
So far, so bad... and to too it all off the restrooms smelled awful and were in poor repair with drain lids off and just sliding around on the floor where people can trip on them.
Our bill for two adults and a 5 and 6 year old came to $31.18. Frankly, I wouldn't get treated like this and feast on old lackluster food for free. Will upload a picture of the "dried rice", leave a one star review, and leave a word of warning to not eat here if you want to be treated like a customer and not just some...
Read moreZERO STARS IS MORE LIKE IT! I will not be back. They give me a high chair with a broken buckle and acted like getting me another one was an inconvenience. Most of the food, like the noodles and coconut shrimp, was dry. Half the hot food was cold, like the frog legs (which were also dry), chicken, egg rolls and even the broccoli were very cold. I asked one of the ladies if their food was normally cold and dry. She asked what i was talking about; i explained to her that the noodles were dry and cold. She shrugs her shoulders and said i dont know. She said the noodles weren't dry and they just put them out...i said no you didnt those are the same noodles from when i got here an hour ago. I asked to have a meal taken off and she just ignored me. The phone rang and i instead of handling my problem she answers the phone as if i weren't standing there. They were very rude and acted like they didnt want to be there. They also didn't take away our plates; i had to put them on another table. Extremely disappointed. I don't see how anyone can give them any...
