Purchased a washer and dryer in April 2021, in May the spin cycle spin cycle stopped working. Called to look into repairs was told 75 dollars to have someone look at it, but that does not go towards the service of the machine. Would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Edit: The option of bringing the washer back to the store to be fixed was never offered until AFTER I wrote the review. I had no problem paying for a tech to come out, but felt as though the 75 dollars should be applied towards the service of the washing machine. When i called to schedule service for a tech to come out, he told me he would text me when one was available and I never heard back from from him until AFTER I wrote this review. We needed to find a matching set of washer/dryer in good condition. We had a list of places to go. A & S was our second stop. After talking with Abraham and experiencing his positive nature and honest demeanor, coupled with him having a beautiful, clean, new-looking Whirlpool matching set for a great price, we went back to A & S and bought after going to just one other place.
