Tammy is literally THE best nail tech I have EVER had! She makes sure to take her time, reaches out around the time you should be due for a fill-in, never double or over schedules if she knows she won’t have time to do your services needed, and is extremely personable! I’ve gone to her since I was a sophomore in high school and I’m now about to graduate college! She listens, is creative when you ask her to do her own thing, and ALWAYS willing to try out new styles and experiment! You’re nails will always be pristine, put together, won’t break and they can last up to a month between fill-ins if you take care of them. Also, BROWS. If you ever need them waxed, tinted, or microbladed she. Is. Your. Girl! I’ve had my brows waxed many a times and she always gets my arch looking FANTASTIC! I’ve seen her microblading work as well and she is truly phenomenal. A true work of art who can make ANYTHING happen. For sure go see her! I’m excited to start going back, I stopped getting my nails done after many other techs were ruining my nails & not taking care of them. I was having to go back numerous times to get them fixed because I had been spoiled for so long! GO HERE AND GET THE PAMPERING...

I looked at a lot of reviews before I came here and they all said it was alright, obviously there were people saying it wasn’t good. I took my chances and I was wrong. The staff is super nice but unfortunately non of them really know how to do nails. I’m assuming the people that really did know quit or left idk. All I know is I expected more from all the comments and pictures but it was terrible. My nails have an off shape to them. And I would know I’ve been doing my nails for years now. I wanted to treat myself for Mother’s Day and my daughter for her birthday and it was so disappointing and expensive. Definitely not worth the money. I would rather half doing them myself (even thought I just starting to play around with doing my own nails) and do a better job then to go here spend $185 on 2 of the most simple pedis and 2 simple manis. They use cheap inventory. And it was on a slow day and I had appointments, yet the staff decided to service someone ahead of me and then they were in a rush. It was a bad experience and I told her I didn’t like my shape since she first put on the fake nail and she said she would fix it but as I expected it turned out bad. Save your money...

Man, I really don’t know why salons are against providing top notch service if you’re getting a basic manicure with regular nail polish. I guess you HAVE to upgrade your polish to receive better service now. And this is an opinion after experiencing this from multiple salons.

I came in to get my gelx acrylic nails off as well and the lady that did mine did not do a good job buffing the nails down to ensure they’re smooth before applying the nail polish. She applied all the nail polish on both hands when it was super bumpy and uneven and I assumed she would fix it after but I had to point it out when it should be obvious with the naked eye. She then took off all the polish and rebuffed but seemed irritated to do so - well if you did the right job in the first place……

The people seem nice, especially the gentleman at the front desk. He was super kind, but I just didn’t have the energy to tell him this or have her redo my manicure and polish after she already did a second time. I also didn’t have the time.
