El Indio is a wonderful establishment for people looking for good quality Mexican food. Although it does have it’s negative including the parking and sometimes overcrowding during the midday rush. Overall, I think El Indio’s is a good Mexican restaurant with reasonable prices and a wonderful staff.
Ordering food at El Indio’s is usually fast is easy unless they have rush of customers. It is very obvious the restaurant was not built to serve a large number of customers, during times like this it is quite difficult to place your order and even header to receive it at a reasonable time. Leading to customers receiving their food cold or sometimes made wrong. Another wretched difficulty customers have when visiting El Indio’s is the packing. The is very limited parking in front of the restaurant leading customers to have to park in front of other businesses or behind the building.
All these negatives can however not defy the fact that El Indio’s has some of the best Mexican food in Lawrenceville. With a large menu full of different tasty cuisine like the birria taco, carne asada tacos, mulitas, mongo juice and so on. Not to mention the food is always freshly cooked using fresh ingredients. The prices of these menu items are very affordable and quite reasonable.
El Indio’s has some of the best customer service I personally have ever experienced. The staff keep the building clean and tidy. They are very friendly, usually having bright smiles and using polite language. The staff honestly go out of their way to make customers feel welcome and comfortable. This quality customer service could be because El Indio’s is a family business that usually hires locals in the community and pays their employees well.
This family business serves it’s community by providing good food at affordable prices. With the positives outweighing the negatives El Inndio’s deserves a 4...
Read moreI very upset! I called in and asked for dip with chips on the side. I then asked them did they put chicken and peppers in the dip? The person who was answering my call, said “we do what ever you like.” I said okay. I would like the cheese queso with chicken and pepper in side of it. They normally do a bowl or small jar of queso. I just wanted something added to it. I would have been fine if they didn’t do that! Yet they said they could. I get there and they act like I didn’t order what I ordered. They say it’s nachos, that’s what you ordered. I said no, I ordered the queso dip with chicken and peppers in it. The guy at the door dropping off the to go orders at the front tell me, “ that’s what you ordered, it’s nachos.” Anyone who hasn’t been here would think so but no, on their menu it’s cheese and chips. He opens the bag and it’s a small pan of chicken and peppers in it. I said, “ I asked for queso dip, and explain the person on the call said they could do it. He tells me(man placing To-go bags at the front) there’s cheese inside. Then I say that’s not what I wanted, he ask me “are you okay?” I explain No because I have an ulcer on my eyes and glasses on. I wanted comfort food and now my damn order is messed up. Then he said we can add the cheese on the side for 2 more dollars. I didn’t want that in the first place. So irritated now. I paid for the food like a jack instead of leaving it and I shouldn’t have. I should have never been that nice and I should have left it. Smh 13 dollars gone because I couldn’t just stand my ground. Anywho, stand your ground people if they mess up your order, they don’t deserve your money. Especially if they are not willing to fix the issue! Got home all the “cheese” / liquid was in the bottoms of the bag....

My husband, kids and I went to get some late night dinner we got there around 9:40 my husband and I got mulitas and my daughter birria ramen w/ birria tacos my other two kids form the kids menu which was taquito plato and a hamburger with fries. So when we got home I started handing out everyone’s order. And we noticed we were missing the kids hamburger w/ fries, so I rush towards the restaurant and while I’m driving I call the restaurant and say “ hey I was just at your restaurant and placed an order around 9:40 and we noticed were missing the hamburger combo can you guys make it and I’ll pick it up I’m literally 2 minutes away” then they respond “sorry the kitchen is closed the restaurant closes at 10”. “ yes I know but y’all messed up the order can’t y’all just do something else “ to which she responded “ no I’m sorry the kitchen is closed” which was a lie because as we where leaving the restaurant a young couple had ordered. Guys it’s not the first time this happens too us but the second time. I think if you mess it up make...
