Went to get a 10 sackful of Krystals because I saw the tv commercial the night before. I am visiting here with my family and in Ohio we only have white castle. Went to the drive thru ordered the sackful with only pickles and onions (lady responds no mustard) NO mustard. Pull up to the window (lady says that will be 10.60) ok that is wrong by 1 cent no big deal. I start reading the little sign on the window right before the window about the extra charge for credit. once again no big deal. We were the only customers at this time inside or outside. My mom says hey I see them making you're burgers I respond those are not mine they just put mustard all over them. Then they start to scrap all the mustard off of them and start putting pickles back on them. Mustard will make me sick if I eat it. The whole time we are watching they are acting up, joking about giggling and laughing. 3 employees. they bag them and try to hand them out the window and my Mother and I both say no we can not accept them the cook just scrapped all the mustard off them and I tell her mustard will make me sick. She denies it then the other lady grabs the bag and starts pulling them out of the boxes with no gloves on and say's there is no mustard on these (this lady I did not see this part my Mother did scrapped the pickles and mustard off the try and threw it out before trying to hand the bag out) We told them 2 or 3 more times we watched it happen right through the window they denied it over and over. So I leaned over and said just give me my money back I do not want any food from here. No apology No I'm sorry we can make you some new ones. Just wait a minute. Window opens she hands out the money I lean over my Mother and I both say thank you and slam goes the drive thru window. I could understand if the store was busy and I got the wrong order or they made a mistake. I worked in the food business for 7 years mistakes happen. Not like this I was the only customer. I received my refund at 6:39pm of $10.59. after leaving I looked at the first receipt I was charged $11.01 so not a full refund no big deal. I feel the cash vs credit sign should be a lot bigger and one should be HUGE at the drive thru menu board if there even is one. Bad experience all together. The employees had no right no argue and deny the mustard was not scrapped off or even...

Read moreOn Sunday Night, March 27, 2022, at 9:55PM/EST I placed an order at the Drive-Thru at Krystal Store #ATLF32 located at 210 West Pike Street, Lawrenceville, GA 30045. I ordered two pick fives totaling 10 cheese crystals. I was asked to pull up while my order was being prepared fresh. I waited for a while. I did not get the name of the drive-thru cashier that took my order. The cashier brought the food out to me hot and fresh. He thanked me for my patience. He apologized for the delay. He confirmed that the food was made fresh. And he even told me to have a blessed day. We are all living in a time where things are difficult especially with COVID, shortages in supplies, shortages with staff and the day-to-day anxieties of life. Although it took a little while longer for my food to be prepaid, the employee was very courteous. I appreciate his attitude and I just wanted to say thank you for all of...
