Update…. The salon is still very welcoming, Unfortunately, my recent experience at this salon was quite disappointing. It seems that with each visit, the quality of service has significantly decreased. There appears to be a communication issue, as when expressing dissatisfaction with the results, excuses are given for any flaws. Additionally, there is a noticeable pushiness when it comes to suggesting nail designs, which can be off-putting after politely declining. In situations where a customer requests specific designs, it seems that rushed workmanship occurs at the expense of those already in the chair. After addressing concerns about the quality of my pedicure, I encountered some resistance from the staff. Ultimately, I decided to pay, leave, and seek out another salon to rectify the issues. Regrettably, I do not plan on returning...

First visit in yet another local attempt to find a nail salon closer to home that gives excellent service. Very nice people but my SNS with Dina was subpar. 4 out of 5 fingers on this left hand (pictured) left cuts around my cuticle area where excessive use of the electric nail file drill was administered and allowed to touch my skin, once even jumping up on my middle finger when she lost control of drill (she apologized but those drills can leave significant injury if not super careful and attentive; I was "fortunate") - my fingers were in stinging pain when I left and no remediation to price, despite the errors that were obviously seen but ignored ... my right hand looks and feels the same. The top coat that appears to have glitter in it, did not cover the base color - it stops short of the color at base of nail which looks odd so in summary, just not done with any attention to detail. Pedi with Ivy was fine. The salon also has an old and outdated interior. I will not...

This was by far the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The lady doing my nails completely ignored what I asked for — she changed the shape of one hand on her own, shortened my nails without permission, and even criticized my color choice the first time I came in. Then she walked away without apologizing or even acknowledging her mistake, leaving someone else to “fix” it. My cuticles were cut and bleeding, and the whole process — which should have taken 20 minutes — dragged on for over an hour. To make things worse, they had the nerve to charge me for this disaster. Completely unprofessional, rude, and careless staff. I’ll never come back here, and I don’t recommend anyone wasting their time or money at this place.

(The owner did try to make things right, which I appreciated, but the fact that they allow such unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful people to work there says a lot about their standards. I’ll never return, and I strongly suggest avoiding...
