Purchase oxtail and curry goat and both order were very salty. I called the restaurant and complain and I was told they will tell the chef. Didn't go for a while and decided to try it again. I paid $16.00 for a order of jerk chicken and a small Mannish Water. The Mannish water was horrible and the chicken taste like it was bad. Needless to say after having the Mannish Water and chicken I threw up everything I ate. So unfortunate, this will be my last time.

Read moreI attempted to call in an order but was told that I had to come in and order. I drove to the store and asked for curry shrimp but they said they stop selling it at 5 (they close at 8.) I asked for salmon and they said they were out. So I asked if the curry chicken was white meat chicken or dark meat and the lady said white. So I ordered the curry chicken and ribs for my husband.
When she brought my food out it was packaged up and bagged. I paid for my order and went to the car. I checked my food in the car and it was dark meat chicken. I went back in the store to attempt to fix the error. The man told me I had to talk to the lady and she was in the back. After about 5 mins she came out and I explained that I was given dark meat instead of white. She told me they only had dark meat. I asked for a refund and she said only the manger could refund me and she won’t be back until next week (after going back and forth with me for a few minutes.)
I left all of the food there and I will be doing a chargeback with my bank to get my money back.

9/3/2024 I placed three orders on Uber Eats (UE) before leaving a review. Ordered the Jerk Chicken once and Brown Stew chicken twice . Each time it came with rice and peas, cabbage, and plantain. They were supposed to be large dishes, but I guess because they have a BOGO special on UE, they reduced the portions this time which isn’t ethical. See the photo which is supposed to be quarter chicken. The split the thigh between the 2 plates 🙄🤦🏾♀️. I added a small fork for scale.
First order was a 5, second order was a 3, and this time a 1 based on their actions, so I gave them an average of 3 stars. The chicken is good, the rice is door, the cabbage is meh, the plantain need to be fried a little longer, and they need to add more gravy.
