We have been going here for a while and the first time we were pretty impressed with their food and generous liquor pour....but over the past 2 months this lounge has gone down hill fast
Their food is not consistent...fish smells super fishy...food is salty and most often lacks flavor. The water they bring our taste like they got it out of the toilet ...absolutely unacceptable. We went there this evening to watch the football game...our bill for 4 people came up to $160.00 we paid although we were very unhappy with the food and drink quality but wanted to enjoy the remainder of game...AS SOON as we paid our bill we were told our section was reserved and we had to leave while still finishing our drinks. We were never notified before we were seated by the host that our section was reserved and we had to move. We come here almost weekly and bring a group out all the time especially on their slow nights which is the majority of the nights they are open. This was very poor customer service and etiquette for a lounge/restaurant that it trying to keep the loyal locals coming in.
Customer service skills need special attention and management skills need attention.
This is a prime example of why many of our black own restaurants don't survive because we don't truly respect the customers who are consistently spending money in our establishment so then it becomes short lived! Black owned business we have to do better!!
I hope that this review will sit with the right people and changes will be made!!

Read moreMe and wife went there with some friends for a late night meal and drinks. Someone was celebrating their 60th birthday, which we became part of. Now the problem started when we ordered our meal and drink. A server took our order, thick lady with braces, I forget her name. I wish I could remember her name because she is the star of the show. She didn’t write anything down, she didnt get our order right, she didn’t get our drinks rights, over charged us for everything. When we informed her that this wasn’t what we ordered instead of correcting her error this lady called security told that we refusing to pay. I told them we wanted to pay for what we ordered. Not the upcharge that she put on the bill. After the server and security had a heated discussion with my wife, I told her if I pay this I’m not leaving you a tip. Not knowing that they charge 18% gratuity on the bill anyway. So I took out my platinum card and paid. The security actually walked out as we left and apologized for the incident as he was doing his job but he understood. We will never go back. If I had gone to McDonalds they recognize the error and corrected it. At no time did we ask for credit or wasn’t going to pay for what we ordered, we just wanted the correct bill. My suggestion if anyone decide to go there, because I believe in supporting our culture business, just expect gratuity charge and don’t sit at the thick lady with...
Read moreNew to Georgia, my husband and Googled restaurants near me and decided to give this place a try. We were greeted and seated. The waitress informed us to bare with her they had a new system, no problem. I order a drink, my husband is undecided. She leaves and takes the table in front of us ( we were there first) full order. Gets my husbands drink order next the goes to the table behind us. While we wait and read the room, everyone at the bar had continued drinks/shots in rotation while we waited at least 20 mins. The waitress went to the table in front of us asking them if the wanted water ( we were never asked). We finally got our drinks and were ready to order food but she never asked us if we wanted anything, instead she walked past our table and took one of the menus. Atp, we no longer wanted to order food. We got her attention to pay our bill. We were charged $11.99 for a lemon drop plus $3.99 for Tito's for the drink. $9.99 for my husband's drink + gratuity. He hit no for a tip but it was still taken. Total for 2 drinks was $40+ dollars . This place runs off of regular patrons because newcomers aren't even recognized. Never again will...
