We unfortunately had issues with the fridge we bought about 7 or 8 years ago at no fault of Britts. We stopped in to check out some fridges because we were tired of dealing with the issues we had. MaryAnne spoke with us and actually remembered us from prior business we had with them. She was very sympathetic with our situation with the fridge we bought years before. She went above and beyond and did everything she could to work out a good deal for us even contacting her fridge company rep. We left a frustrating situation feeling much better about it. Can’t say enough about MaryAnne and her customer service. We did have some hiccups with delivery that was a little annoying but it seems it was a simple mistake partly on the part of their computer system so I dont want to hold that against my experience at the store. Initially we were set for a Tuesday delivery the week after we purchased the fridge. Halfway through Tuesday we had not heard anything and called and they said it was showing in their computer as the delivery date but also not showing to be in yet. A few days later heard back with a Friday delivery date a well and a half later. Not ideal but it is what it is. We told them we had plans to go out of town so we really needed a morning delivery. The night before we got a notification that delivery would be between 8:30-11:30 in the morning. We stayed around the house then got a text from the delivery driver saying he expected an afternoon delivery which was a little frustrating but he said he would get there as soon as he could. We then got an automated text saying the fridge would be there between 6:30-830 pm. The delivery driver did do very well about communicating but still frustrating none the less with everything that happened. The delivery driver arrived a few minutes after 7 pm and said he was sorry but the day hadn’t gone well and they had to stop and help another crew with a delivery but the two guys showed up at my place and got it put in. A quick check online showed that I couldn’t order direct. The closest option sent me through an automated system which disconnected me. Sighing, I called the next closest, Britt’s in Lawrenceville. I knew they’ve been in business a long time so I was hopeful. Aha!! A human answered the phone and directed me to a salesman named Kevin…he also answered immediately. Now we were cooking! I explained my situation, told him the models I was interested in and waited anxiously. He explained what models and colors he had in stock. He was a godsend. In no time at all (about a 20 minute call), I had what I needed to order, the price, the old appliance haul away option and, most importantly, my delivery time expections. They worked with me to make sure that the delivery, setup, and haul away were in a timeframe that worked for my household. Kevin emailed the quote and the payment link. Boom 💥 They delivered!! On time!! The delivery/installation people were simply the nicest guys!! Even better, Kevin kept in contact to make sure all went well and made sure I had all the information I needed for the warranty and rebate. Went in on a Sat, met with rep Kevin Lopez (very nice, knowledgeable about products and Not pushy at all). Bought (had in stock) and delivery set for following Fri.
Day before delivery got reminder text, linked over to confirm same & saw delivery window of 1030am to 1430pm.. Day of delivery driver called 15 mins before arrival within delivery time frame (great!).
Removal of old set and install of new went very well overall- no dents or such for new set.
1 star deduction from 5 to 4 due to guy who took out old set through garage somehow let old washer slam down on wood steps from hallway into garage which damaged said wood steps. Nothing too damaging yet now I have to sand chipped step area., re-stain and screw down step again as it got loosened from impact. Other than that ALL else was a very...
