Since last year we bought a fridge(Kenmore $600) for our business it worked, samsung fridge in September this year on payments($1600+) it wouldn't get cold & lost $100s in expensive seafood & gourmet baking deserts. They brought a loaner & the guy Alex tore up our new wooden floor then when he picked it up tore up the kitchen vinyl floor that also was new. They've repeatedly ignored all calls & messages via texts & voicemails to the owners & the delivery guy Alex. Also during our move in this new home in September I paid in full a GE washer & dryer set $900+ & washer stopped working so I kept telling them even sent pics & texts & we'vegot 2 baby girls that I can'teven wash clothes for or for ourselves. I got so angry I snapped in voicemail on the delivery guy he finally called me back trying to wolf & make excuses & saying he'll come fix what he destroyed but nothing. Wow what a chump move dude. If anyone wants to join up we can do a petition lawsuit I've got a list of lawyers I've talked to willing to take the case. Y si yo hablo espaƱol y esa gente son ladrones y mentirosos. Ā Ā Ā Read moreUPDATE- 12/13/17 My delivery date was yesterday, and once they left I tried to dry my clothes. Guess what, it doesn't get hot! Like, at all!!! So clearly it was not tested before leaving. To say that I am furious would be an understatement! I called, of course they said they'd call me back the next day. No call that morning, so I called! I spoke with the "service department" and she said she'd call me back...no call back. I called her back & she basically told me that she couldn't have anyone out to me until 3 days later!!!!!! I would understand that if I'd had used the dryer, but I have gotten 0 uses out of it! I paid cash for it & now they are pushing me to the back. Bad, bad business!!! Oh, & I do have the option to return it & they'll keep 15% of my payment for "restocking fee". These people definitely won't be seeing me again. That's for sure! They treat you great when they are selling you things, but once you're out the door and money is in their pockets, you're on your own! 12-8-17 I've done business with this company for many years. Since I haven't been in the market of buying a washer and dryer for about 17yrs. Well I chose the 90 day same as cash option and the sales people were very nice and handle my purchase experience well. Then the nightmare begins, They brought the washer and dryer to my house and remove the old washer and dryer. They installed my new one, these are front loader washer and dryer so im excited put in my first load in the washer ,19 minutes later water start pouring out the bottom of the washer door, floods my whole laundry room. I called these people and they gave my husband and I a run around and then I use the dryer and it don't work either. I called over and over spoke with the manager and just wanted my money back and leave this lemon nightmare behind me so now im stuck with no working washer they took 10% off the price and give me and extra 30 days warranty. Im a stay at home mom and my husband works hard for the money. They are nice people but they sell garbage will never do business with...
