GGC Building D — Local services in Lawrenceville

GGC D building admission is always unorganized. If you really need to submit documents for anything attend their open house tour so you know exactly who to speak to about your major. Admission doesn’t know anyone or anything pertaining to individual’s needs. You have to do your own research & they’re always limited in staff. I keep getting duplicated emails asking for documents that I already submitted. Their online security is a red flag. Obviously someone is phishing. I rather submit everything in person hand written rather than online. The last semester I attended was Summer Semester May 2014 World Religion. I paid for the transcript & 2014 transcript is missing. There’s not much admission can do. They’re limited in authority; management & superiors, are never on staff. I hiked to B building into the GGC vice president suite 4th floor to speak to an actual college staff so I can get the right information on who, where, & clarification of a letter that I have to submit a letter...

Horrible customer service. I requested a diploma and the email never specified how long before I pick it up. When I entered to the welcome center I wasn’t helped at all. The lady didn’t try to look for it the first thing she said is let me see your email didn’t even ask my name. And she said you need to request it again. Didn’t even apologize. She put her headphones back on and basically gave me a too bad look. I said excuse me can I speak to someone she said you can email that email.
