Subway — Restaurant in Lawrenceville

The male employee on shift was rude and refused to answer questions. I do not come to Subway ever (my husband and kids do) but I was hungry after work and was already at Walmart. I looked online before placing my order but chose ti order with him. What I saw online was not the same as what he said I could get in store. I got a chicken dipper and from what I saw online I could get the onion teriyaki sauce so when I asked for it he very shortly said no only the four on the picture and then refused to speak to me anymore until he checked me out.

Edited to remove food stars and add a photo of the MOUSE POOP inside my food! Yes, I have seen it before as I used to work at a Pet store. Guy wouldn’t even look at me once I found it and it was in the last few bites of my food. Who knows how many other pieces he put in it. I am turning this over to the health board. This subway is the worse and most ridiculous restraunt of Lawrenceville and the FREAKING country.

Won't honor customer's coupon Very picky (only give 1 napkin per order, if need more they sometimes charge u or give you one more instead of a couple) The sandwiches being mad are awful af (I'm sorry but it is the truth) Caught one of the employees not washing their hands after doing number one ( tall Indian guy, forgot his name but I think he is the manager) 5.My cousin seen one of the employees sctraching his genitals ( eeww but true). I have been told, the employees there give out free sandwiches and honer their coupons to those who are friends with them

Sorry for these critical points but it's true, I'm just surprised how their store is...

I ordered 7 platters for a retirement party from here and the owners/staff were very friendly and accommodating. They exceeded my expectations. They gave me two huge tote bags to carry out my platters with ease. They provided me with all my condiments on the side and they even put my onions, tomatoes, and lettuce in the serving tub trays that they use on their serving line and allowed me to keep them! They also gave me a box of each of mayo, mustard, and red vinegar and olive oil. And the food was FRESH! Way to Go with catering! Will certainly use you again!!!!...
