Excellent customer service. Leelee is 100% more helpful than the employees at the other Boost Retailer location on cache Rd. who sadly act as though customers are an inconvenience, rude and not helpful. I have been a Boost customer/subscriber for 20 years. I would actually give 0 stars to the person working there right now. Went in to try and get help with filing an insurance claim for my phones because the screens started with a green line going across them now they are black. She tells me to call a number and when calling the number it doesn't help do anything but send a link to fill out and for some reason I cant submit the form and it's just a hassle. I had had issues before and was able to get a store rep to submit it for me. Do not recommend this...

My old phone broke and I ran into some issues and she didn't give up until my new phone was working. I was so happy she even let me give her a hug.
